The layout of this 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 3 level home is as follows:
On the top floor is an open plan kitchen and living, bathroom with a toilet and hand basin, and a double bedroom opening onto a small deck. The middle floor has 2 bedrooms, one with king bed, the other a queen bed plus a Port-a-cot, a shared ensuite bathroom, and access to the courtyard with street level access.

The lower level 4th bedroom is located off the garage and has a double bed. The garage with internal access is 7.5m in length and has an additional very comfortable seating area. A quiet spot to get away from it all. Please note that this bedroom is cooler during the winter months as it is an attachment to the garage, and not as well insulated.

The shared swimming pool is heated to 26 degrees between Labour Day to the last week of the first term of the school holidays. Please note that there is only 1 designated carpark in the complex garage and limited shared parking onsite which works on a first-come-first-serve basis. Additional cars will need to park in side streets close by. All trailers are either to be parked in the garage or on street outside of the complex, due to limited shared parking. Please note that, as this property is located on a busy road, road noise may be heard from inside the property at times.Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year.
