Twin Peaks Lakeside Inn is in a good location with water views of the lake. The Mangaers were pleasant and delt with a couple of issues obligingly and quickly. The cleanliness of the room could of been better as all table surfaces were dirty. Shower is quite high up off the ground so would be difficult for elderly to get in an out of safely as there are no handles to hold on to. The shower base was also extremely slippery. There is also laundry facility which is free to use.

A little tired in room appearance but still comfortable...Great that a pub/Restaurant is located at the front of the property and lake across the road. On the negatives, was a shame that the bin hadn't been emptied, tea / coffee area was a little low and was awoken to argumentative neighbors around 11.30pm. Minor things that I'm sure can be rectified.

As seniors we could not discover tv one for news. Tv system certainly not geared for the elderly. More instructions perhaps. Cleaning average. Side table not wiped after last guests. Black markings on walls are not attractive to the traveller. Bed was good. Unit very quiet sleep being next to jolly good fellow pub and main road. Being close to jolly good fellow a bonus that should be promoted. Nothing in unit. Thanks for the stay. Budget wise very good

Convenient location, easy check in, restaurant next door is great. But the room smelt bad, beds not made properly, bathroom was mouldy, sink leaked, no internet, no soap and the small shampoo and body gel was used / half empty, lighting was terrible especially in the bathroom.
