This architecturally designed two bedroom two bathroom top floor apartment is situated in the perfect location; the golden mile on Mount Maunganui's Marine Parade. This award winning apartment is beachfront, a literal stones away from the famous Mount Maunganui beach and boasts sophisticated living spaces and picturesque views of the sparkling waters.

The Space:
The location is unbeatable. With the beach directly across the road via a conveniently placed crosswalk and beach access, you’ll find yourself on one of New Zealand’s best surf beaches in moments. Being centrally located, the eateries and retail shops of downtown Mount Maunganui and tourist attractions such as Mauao itself, leisure island, the Mount boardwalk and the Hot Pools are all also only a 10 minute stroll away. The living area of the apartment is spacious and offers island views down the Eastern Coastline of Mount Maunganui. The open plan kitchen, living and dining area create a social atmosphere, perfect for entertaining or for watching those morning sunrises while you contemplate the day ahead.

The master wing, privately tucked away from the rest of the apartment, is generously sized. The bed is a superking, complete with a walk in wardrobe and ensuite. Fitted window shutters even allow the luxury of stargazing from the comfort of your bed.

The second bedroom has two king single beds and a wardrobe, while the guest bathroom has the laundry combined.

Guest Access:
The apartment, with its own private gated entry, is located on the top floor of the building and comes with two secure basement carparks and an outdoor shower.

Other Things to Note:
NOTE : There is a large sliding window in the lounge area and a potential hazard for toddlers so caution must be taken.
Maximum number of guests staying is 4 this is not to be exceeded unless by prior approval. Leave the premises in a clean and tidy state. Whilst we appreciate you are on holiday please respect the other residents and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm and no parties. Do not use the property for unlawful purposes. This property did not disappoint!The view is the selling point.The widow slide allows for an incredible amount of fresh sea air to fill the unit.I sat in one of the bar chairs and enjoyed my morning coffee or adult beverage gazing at the never ending surf and watching the people walk by.The trails around Mount Maunganui, as well as up to the top are fun to do.The walk down to the pier by the docks is worth it. It allows you to see the magnificent cruise ships come into dock, being guided by the pilot boats.Mount Maunganui center is an easy walk, which allows you to browse through the numerous shops and see if any of the restaurants peaks your interests.It’s a bright interior that makes the gloomy day less dreary.The short walk to the beach is a huge plus.Our contact was extremely friendly, helpful and responsive.We hope to stay here again!!!!

Great location

From the living room, you can see the ocean and check if there’s a cruise ship in port. The apartment was within walking distance of the beach and some restaurants. The kitchen was well equipped. A bonus was the elevator from the parking garage to the third floor apartment. The only downside was the carpet. Stained -certainly not professionally cleaned for a long time.

Beautiful apartment on the beach!

Loved this property! Location was hard to beat with views of the ocean and just a few minutes walk from all the shops and restaurants. The furniture was lovely and the kitchen ideal for entertaining. We really enjoyed relaxing in the comfy lounge. Beds were good, not too soft and the shower was fantastically powerful - one of the best I’ve had!! No lamps to read by at night and no balcony but this apartment was huge and really well appointed with quality furniture and fixtures; a great place to relax in real comfort. Underground parking was a bonus and our SUV fit, no problem. Our only complaint was that the elevator broke down on day two, so we had to lug our cases down four flights of stairs to the parkade, which sucked. That aside though, I would absolutely recommend this property and would definitely stay here if I ever return to the area.

A brilliant location for our family holiday

Kirsten was great to deal with and immediately helped with our issue with the air conditioning- A little more information on how to work the air conditioning unit would have been most helpful . The apartment was very well stocked with crockery and cooking utensils. We would book again Kind regards Liz
