I had planned to stay at this property for 6 nights and unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances I could not go. I rang the hotel and asked if they could only charge me for one or two nights for goodwill and give me either hotel credit or refund for the other nights but they declined. They showed no empathy whatsoever. They are more worried about money than anything else. Read a prior review saying that the hotel is used for emergency housing and I rang the ministry to confirm. Being a frequent traveler, never will I recommend this hotel.

nice enough place to stay. a liitle dated but otherwise ok. The lift was out which made things trickier, however they did accommodate my elderly father on the first floor which was just as well with the stairs.

Great location for walking to The Strand for dinner and shopping in city centre. Stayed in winter and room was lovely and warm without needing the heat pump on. It was also great to have undercover parking on site.
