You'll love being a five-minute walk from the children's playground, and only ten minutes walk from Papamoa Plaza shopping complex, where you'll find eateries, a supermarket, Mitre10, library and gym!

I recently booked a stay in Papamoa through Expedia and had an absolutely fantastic experience. The house was spacious, beautifully maintained, and perfectly located just a short walk from the beach. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay — from a well-equipped kitchen to cozy bedrooms and a lovely view. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. I’d definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a quality stay in the Bay of Plenty.
