The hotel was family friendly. The breakfast was wonderful. We found free street parking. Tavira is extremely walkable and we were super close to the ferry to Tavira Island. The only thing I didn't care fore was the smell of cigarettes in the common areas.

Lovely couples getaway

We enjoyed 5 wonderful days here, making use of the hotel facilities and exploring the local area. The outdoor pool and bar area are fantastic. The indoor pool and spa needs some improvement - while the pool itself is large with comfortable loungers around it, the jacuzzi barely functions and the steam room didn't work at all. The bedrooms are very comfortable and generously sized with balconies and a mini bar fridge. A kettle service is advertised to make tea and coffee in your room, but although we asked for it on the first day it only arrived on dsy 4 of a 5 night stay. Breakfast is average, and the evening meal is OK but lacking in atmosphere, whereas there a multiple fantastic restaurants in walking distance which I would recommend using instead.

The hotel was 70s style Spain,bar prices extremely high,g n t and small beer 21.40 euros,bottle of water in buffet 4.40,the hotel is soulless entertainment was abysmal car park 10 euros day,food in buffet was very limited,and not good,would not stay again. The room was very clean and large with nice bathroom,a/c was poor.

Very clean and well maintained hotel. Staff very professional and helpful. Created by everyone during interactions, check in, maintenance, housekeeping, and cook at breakfast. I literally checked in walking downtown, and the room was ready by the time I walked to the hotel.

I had contact with reception, cleaners, chefs, they all nice. parking in the basement free if you are a good negotiator otherwise 10 Euro a day, plenty food all the time. The only downside is the wall need to be soundproofed some neighbours are loud if you encounter this call the reception and complain.

Property is ok but check what you are booking. I went for a suite expecting normal extras but standard bed in a big room. My fault for not checking. Pool area is excellent but be careful, tiled area very slippery, one guy suffered a bad head injury when he slipped up. Tivira is lovely and this hotel offers an excellent position for looking around. Would i stay again? probably but I would be more careful about what i was getting. Oh, and when I checked out I complained about no instant coffee in the room... apparently you have to request it.

This property has a great location. Lots of restaurants close by and very walkable city. Breakfast at the hotel was perfect with lots of choices. Parking was easy also at the hotel. Pool area was very nice. I would recommend this hotel and we would definitely stay here again.
