Accommodation Information

By making a reservation with Grupo Morgado, the guest expressly declares acceptance of the terms and conditions available on the official website. Acceptance of this reservation implies the express acknowledgement that the accommodation may, at its sole and discretionary decision, cancel the reservation, in whole or in part, at any time, including during the stay, for internal decisions, operational reasons or overbooking situations, without any obligation to provide a refund, compensation, indemnity or alternative accommodation. The guest and/or any intermediary platform may not oppose such decision, and any liability of the accommodation is expressly excluded.

The accommodation features two outdoor swimming pools (adults and children), free parking, a bar serving light meals, a restaurant and a tennis court (€5/hour, subject to availability and prior reservation). There is a supermarket less than 100 metres away and a shopping centre less than 1 km away.

The accommodation shall not be held responsible for failures in services provided by third parties, including water, electricity, internet or TV, nor for damages, misuse or improper functioning of equipment resulting from use by previous guests, especially in situations of which the accommodation had no prior knowledge.

Important Notes
Hot water may take up to 1 minute to reach the taps;
Identification details are required prior to check-in;
There are cats within the resort area;
No housekeeping service is provided during the stay unless requested at an additional cost;
Towels are changed after 5 nights and bed linen after 7 nights;
On Fridays and Saturdays, live music takes place until 02:00 AM.
Information About the Surrounding Area

The swimming pool rules are displayed within the respective areas and must be fully respected. The pool access cards provided together with the apartment keys remain the property of Grupo Morgado. Misuse or improper use of the card by the apartment in which the guest is staying may result in a penalty of up to €100.00, or even suspension of the privilege of using the swimming pools.

Pool Rules
Showering before entering the pool is mandatory;
Animals are not allowed in the pool area;
Access to the pool must always be made using the stairs;
Children must always be supervised by adults while in the pool;
Bringing food from outside is prohibited;
Glass containers are only permitted on the bar terrace;
Eating or drinking inside the pool is not allowed;
Sharp objects are prohibited in the pool area;
Waste must be disposed of in the appropriate bins provided.
Not Permitted
The use of balls or accessories that may disturb the peace and well-being of other guests;
Use of radios, mobile phones or other electronic devices for sound purposes;
Use of photographic or filming devices within the facilities;
Inflatable objects or toys of any kind;
Consumption of food or drinks in the pool facilities unless served by the support bar;
Persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs;
Persons with contagious conditions, visible wounds or fungal infections, even if covered by bandages or dressings;
Jumping into the pool - entry must always be made via the stairs;
Smoking inside the pool;
Guests will be held responsible for damages caused to materials and equipment within the facilities;
Entering the pool water while wearing creams or lotions.

Failure to comply with the established rules will result in prohibition of access to the swimming pool.
