In a perfect rural mountain setting Dreamers offers Tree Tops Apartment.
Our unique apartment is 2.5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Perfect for a family or small group to enjoy a fun ski / snow holiday to Falls Creek which is only a 30km drive.
Dreamers is located right in the village of Mt Beauty so you can easily walk to ski shops, shops and restaurants. Tree Tops sleeps 5 people in the 2.5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms located on the lower floor
up a wide internal staircase brings you to the living, dining, kitchen and outdoor courtyard/ balcony featuring a large TV, and fully equiped kitchen. The views thru the tree tops discover winter snow capped mountains and northern aspect winter sun. An idealic location to soak up the warm winter sun with a morning coffee or afternoon wine. An adjoining 3 bedroom/ 2 bathroom apartment called Garden House can be rented for a larger group sleeping up to 15 people so please message if interested.

Great house and location.

We loved the house. It was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 2 teens for our long awaited few days away after a long time going nowhere. We particularly loved the design and use of recycled materials. The passive heating and cooling was amazing. We loved the info provided that explained how it all worked. Being a cooler time of year we only used the heating. We found we had to turn the hydronic heating way down or off, as we did upstairs. Would love to visit in summer to experience the passive cooling in action. Bedrooms are very generous in size, very comfortable beds and good linen. Downstairs has a seperate toilet and vanity area seperate to the bathroom. A bonus with teens. The kitchen has everything you need for a short stay. We didn’t cook while there but the stove is definitely perfect for a serious cook up, and lots of bench space. The outdoor areas are lovely. Beautiful views from the front deck, and a beautiful secluded area out back/side with a lovely garden with lots of native birds. This opens out from the living room and in warmer months this area would be well used. Only critic would be to have blinds on all upstairs windows. We stayed on daylight savings change over weekend. So it was light very early. Also if you have a bigger car, 4WD or SUV you cannot park in the garage. I was planning to back ours in before we saw the sign that said no 4WDs or reversing into garage. Due to gradient in front of the garage some lower cars might scrape front or back bumpers trying. Most of all Wendy was so fantastic with her communication and transparency for our booking. I asked before booking well in advance what would happen if covid impacted our booking. Wendy was great. If we couldn’t get there we got a credit. We didn’t know until days before our booking if we could get there due to restrictions in our region. Wendy was so understanding and told us it was ok if we needed to cancel last minute. It all worked out a treat and we got there. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing stay

Rented with friends for a snow trip, only a short drive away from Falls Creek. The accomodation is beautiful and well kept. The private spa was amazing! Our host Wendy was very helpful and easy to contact! Would definitely rent again and recommend to others!!

very nice stay.

the property was a little smaller than the photos depicted (still plenty of room) very quiet area on the outskirts of town with a private outdoor spa made for a very nice private time with my partner. the place was very clean and well appointed with coffee pod machine, kettle and all cooking equipment. the main upstairs bedroom also had a spa overlooking the small lake.

Perfect retreat

Absolutely beautiful part of the world. Property is beautiful, and very modern. Ideal for a couples retreat. It is an incredibly relaxing weekend away and allows you to slow down for a while. I detracted some marks because you can't really use the outdoor spa (at least not in winter) because the water isn't hot enough to fill it up with.

Due to COVID restrictions we haven't been able to enjoy our stay. However the owners have been great to deal with in these uncertain times, really proactive, helpful and generous. We look forward to staying there as soon as we can another time.
