Sunny all day long, cozy, with a separate bedroom, fully equipped, close to the sea beach (4 stops) and the Caucasus International University. Glovo and Wolt delivery services are available. Free parking, 1200 m from the Sarajishvili metro station - 3 stops. 8 km from the center. Please smoke only on the balcony.
