Apartment is newly renovated and is located in the historical living block, in the heart of Tbilisi, just 5 minutes walking distance from Aghmashenebeli Avenue, which is one of the main touristic and safest districts in Tbilisi. Just 10-15 minutes walking distance from Marjanishvili square and Marjanishvili metro station and 20 minutes’ walk from Rustaveli Avenue.

Apartment is newly renovated. In the apartment is 1 bedroom, with one double and one single bed. In the living room is located one folding double bed-size sofa. Apartment is equipped with air-conditioner, central heating system, wi-fi, cable TV. We provide towels, linens and slippers for every guest, as well as shower essentials and hairdryers. You can do laundry and ironing in the apartment; washing machine is located in the bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances (including refrigerator, stove, microwave, kettle, cutleries, mugs, cups, plates, pans; basically everything you need).
