Jesse Tsin's Guesthouse in the center of Tbilisi!
Rather home than Guesthouse actually. With our big & cozy common area, we are all about creating a familiar atmosphere for creative minds. Just grab a guitar if you want to and have a great time with us & our other guests.
Although we are still in the process of building the Guesthouse identity we are certain that you can already feel its vibe and spirit.
The native Tbilisian owner Jesse will do his best to make your stay in town enjoyable and interesting. So if you have any questions in advance or during your stay he and his dog Rex will be happy to help.


Location

We are located on the main boulevard of Tbilisi which means that you have a wide range of restaurants and stores to choose from. We are also in walking distance of the 'Tbilisi Zoo' and several parks.
From the bus station 50 meters away from the Guesthouse you can easily catch cheap bus lines that take you in a short time to all the parts of the city.

This district is distinguished by the fact that the first university in Georgia was found here. The building, which Jesse Tsin's Guesthouse is located, was built for public figures and university professors. This building is also included as a monument and is under state protection. The building belongs to a so-called type of Stalinist architecture. My guest house continues the great tradition of my grandparent's hospitality. They loved to welcome Tourists from all over the world. Interior is done by me, so almost everything is handmade.
Cavchavadze Avenue is very popular because of the leading banks, pharmacies, one of the best bars in Tbilisi, fast-food restaurants, Georgian restaurants, and hospitals. It’s the most convenient to connect with Western and Eastern highways. There are the bus stops nearby. Minibusses and taxis are easy to catch. Most importantly, we have parks and squares. The street is very safe during the night-time because Police are often riding and checking for citizen’s safety. In guesthouse you can taste Georgian wine, chacha, fruit vodka and Georgian cuisine at your disposal :) I can be your guide in Tbilisi and in other parts of Georgia.
Welcome. I am Jesse. My main interest is in nature as an ecologist. I am a former employee and have many years of working experience in WWF Georgia as a manager of ecotouristic projects. I have been involved in projects like Borjomi-Kharagauli national park and I was Tusheti eco-tourist development project coordinator with WWF Switzerland. I am a journalist, director of documentary films and showman. I've been working in the most leading TV Channels in Georgia. I love animals and I have a german shorthaired pointer dog. I have also made handmade accessories like a light bulb, bracelets, rings, earrings, and necklace. My hobbies are hiking, horse riding, biking, and snowboarding. I have my own natural products from Kakheti, Georgia which is distinguished by old wine culture. Welcome :)
