CANARYISLANDSHOST Oliva I and II are two incredible villas designed by architect Alexander Bernjus, nestled in an idyllic location, with the spectacular Famara Beach at their feet.
Although both units are located in the same location, they function independently, each with its own entrance and privacy, including completely secluded terraces.
A style that is respectful of the island, blending with the surroundings, and of the highest quality.
In the architectural design of the houses, the typical design principles of Lanzarote were interpreted in a playful and modern way. At the same time, the original design of the Famara beach development from the 1970s, with its characteristic round bungalows, was incorporated and continued in the redesign of the houses and garden areas.
The exterior is dominated by classic island materials: lava stone, whitewashed surfaces, wood, and details in the greenery of Lanzarote. These materials are also used in the construction of the interior spaces, but the interior architectural design emphasizes sensual and colorful materials that allow the user to immerse themselves in a different world of color in each room.
Located in a gated community with security and a communal playground, both homes feature spacious, fully equipped kitchens, a full bathroom, a living room and dining area with a table for 4, and two double bedrooms.
