Just a short three-minute walk from Bat Yam’s beaches and lively promenade, this apartment offers a relaxed coastal stay with everything close at hand. Cafés, restaurants, shops, and public transport are all within easy walking distance, while Tel Aviv is only a short drive away. The space combines comfort, practicality, and a calm residential atmosphere — ideal for both short visits and longer stays.

Other Things to Note:

1. Animals - It is forbidden to bring animals; our apartments are not suitable for this.



2. Smoking - Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. The apartment has a sunny terrace where you can smoke. Of course, while smoking, the cigarette must be put out and extinguished in an ashtray.



3. Parties - The apartments are not intended for mass events or celebrations of any kind.



4. Age Requirement – The minimum age requirement for this property is 30 years old. Reservations that do not meet this requirement may be canceled.



5. The price indicated on the website is for tourists / foreign residents. Without the tourist visa permit, an additional VAT of 18% will be charged on the total booking price. We will not be able to release the full arrival instructions without this payment.

For tourists to avoid this charge, please provide the following:

- Non-Israeli passport

- B2 entry permit (blue or green small note from the airport)

- The reservation name and photo must match the passport and entry permit.
