Set high above Bat Yam in a modern residential tower, this spacious apartment offers a calm and comfortable retreat with open sea views stretching across the horizon. The home combines contemporary design with a relaxed atmosphere, creating an inviting space to unwind after a day by the coast or exploring the city below.

Other Things to Note:

1. Animals - It is forbidden to bring animals; our apartments are not suitable for this.



2. Smoking - Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. The apartment has a sunny terrace where you can smoke. Of course, while smoking, the cigarette must be put out and extinguished in an ashtray.



3. Parties - The apartments are not intended for mass events or celebrations of any kind.



4. Age Requirement – The minimum age requirement for this property is 30 years old. Reservations that do not meet this requirement may be canceled.



5. The price indicated on the website is for tourists / foreign residents. Without the tourist visa permit, an additional VAT of 18% will be charged on the total booking price. We will not be able to release the full arrival instructions without this payment.

For tourists to avoid this charge, please provide the following:

- Non-Israeli passport

- B2 entry permit (blue or green small note from the airport)

- The reservation name and photo must match the passport and entry permit.
