Great service, everyone who works there was very helpfull, friendly, and welcoming. Anything I needed was solved. The word "we can doit" "no problem" is their believed Great customer service. Kudos to you.

Comfortable accommodation that is fair value

It’s not just the name that’s unusual, so is the accommodation. There appear to be a number of “self-catering hotel” rooms in a large building that mostly is occupied by elderly people. But, it is more reasonably priced than most of the medium-cost alternatives. The plus points: clean and comfortable room, with good kitchen and WiFi facilities. The other points: it’s at least a thirty minute walk until you get to the tourist areas of Tel Aviv - and that includes most of the points of interest referred to as “nearby” Our summary: fair value for money (in an expensive city); comfortable and clean; but a bit far from places of interest.

Great affordable hotel in the middle of Tel Aviv

My wife and I stayed here for three weeks and enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and quiet. The staff was amazing. Location was great! Whenever we asked for something, the staff was so quick to react. Great place!! Will stay again if we return to Tel Aviv.

If you like to do your own

This is not really a Hotel. Its more like a European Pension. The Place has not housekeeping and you have to ask for everything incl. Coffee. The room look very nice but you have to do everything yourself, from making beds to cleaning the kitchenette. They also do NOT take Credit cards, you have to pay cash. This is a real inconvenience.

Nice Apartment!

Nice apartment in La Guardia district (20 minutes by bus to city centre of Tel Aviv). The apartment is decorated to high standards. The room is spacious and with natural light. It has a well equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge, vitro, coffee and tea facilities. On my arrival I found a small bottle of wine, some chocolates, bottle of water and a pint of milk, all complimentary. I thought it was a nice touch. The bathroom is also very nice, luxury towels and toiletries. There is a good internet connexion and a huge TV set with international channels. The apartment is inside an Elderly Home, which it can be a bit estrange! I would recommend it only for quite and mature holiday makers. The area is also a bit far from the main action of Tel Aviv, however the public transport is very good with several buses going to city centre (except on Sabath). There are also bicycles, that you can rent, few meters away from the property. Also a big supermarket under the building. Price is quite reasonable, having in mind that Israel is quite expensive! Service is polite and attentive, especially the always busy receptionist Jorge. The concierge who works over the weekend is also very helpful! The apartment doesn't provide service, but you can ask anything that you need to the reception.

Estuvimos una noche 2 horas sin luz en la habitacion, luego nos derivaron a otra en la cual el estado de limpieza no era el adecuado. En cuanto a amabilidad del personal del hotel pésimo, ni siquiera para pedir un taxi , todas las contestaciones eran no con tono desagradable.

É bem localizado, tem facilidade para achar vaga para o carro, o custo benefício é muito favorável. É um apartamento num lar para idosos, mas eles são muito gentís e foi uma experiência muito bacana. Tem uma cozinja pequena, tv, banheiro, mesa para refeição, ar condicionado, enfim tudo que precisa e super fiel às fotos. Se eu fosse não reclamar mas apenas sugerir alguma coisa, seria para ao invés de ter 2 camas de solterio juntas, que fosse de casal mesmo.

Only for senior citizens

Structure definitely not adequate to accommodate business users. The building is a residential elderly building (10 floors) but this information is definitely not in the description. It is recommended only for people over 60 years. The room is comfortable but the wifi connection does absolutely not work. On the other hand, the kindly personell is available at the reception.

Vacances dans maison de retraite !

L'appartement est en plein dans une maison de retraite !!!. Les residents beneficient exactement des mêmes logements. Devoir croiser des personnes en fauteuil roulant n'est pas particulièrement agréable, mais beaucouip d'autres sont valides. Rien à voir avec une location classique dans un immeuble. Par contre l'accueil à la réception est très chaleureux et convivial. Toujours le sourire et un mot gentil à chaque passage. Acceuil assuré tous les jours 24h/24. L'appartement propre à l'arrivée mais pas de ménage prévu pendant le sejour, ménage fait au départ et facturé à la réservation. Pas de quoi nettoyer soi même. Obtenu un balai et une pelle après plusieurs demandes. Équipement minimum pour 2 personnes: 2 fourchettes, 2 couteaux, idem pour les assiettes. 1 poêle et 1 faitout. Possibilité de prendre petits déjeuners ou repas (payants)dans la salle à manger des résidents. Personellement je me suis abstenue Emplacement très bien desservi par les transports et relativement proche du centre Tel Aviv . 20 mm en moyenne en bus. Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas, prévoir une carte Sim israélienne avec internet.

Location is strategic for work, but the area is not great. Unbeleivable how they dont accept credit cards - cash only. They even insist on taking fotos of your credit card (dor security). Parking is not available - although there are parking areas nearby. Only good thing is that each room has wifi and runs very fast. However, I dont think ill ever come here again.
