Six bedrooms and a large open living area, plus tons of outdoor space means your family or group has plenty of space to mingle, relax and really indulge in mountain living. A private driveway, real wood-burning fireplace, hot tub nestled in the trees, and ample outdoor living space complete with grill, offer additional luxuries no matter the season.

MAIN FLOOR
On the main floor of this home you'll find the spacious open kitchen compete with a Viking gas range and everything you need to enjoy a home cooked meal. The open concept also includes a dining table for 10, a window nook with table and additional seating and a living room with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Sundance ski run. The living room opens to a balcony with seating to kick back and relax and soak in the mountain views. Just around the corner is another outdoor space for grilling and hanging with friends, complete with a hot tub nestled into the pine trees. Back inside on this main level you'll also find a powder room and a king bedroom featuring large windows and a cozy en suite bathroom with walk-in shower.

TOP FLOOR
The magnificent primary bedroom is on the top level of this home and features a gas fireplace, huge wall-to wall, floor-to-ceiling windows with mountain and ski run views. The large en suite bathroom includes two vanities, large walk-in shower and a separate claw bathtub. Adjacent to the primary bedroom is another queen bedroom and a full bathroom with shower/tub combo. Across the hall you'll find the rustic and homey office space, the perfect spot for getting some work done or make a phone call.

LOWER LEVEL
The lower level of this home features three bedrooms and media room along with ski storage and laundry. The first of the lower level rooms features a full day bed with an adjacent bathroom featuring a tub/shower. On the other side of this bathroom a queen bedroom. The third lower level bedroom features quadruple twin bunk beds as well as an additional twin bed. There is another full bathroom on this level just off the media room with a walk-in shower. The media room offers an additional space to start up a card game or to just relax while watching the big game on the television.

Also on the lower level, you'll find a bonus pantry complete with an extra coffee maker, tea and complimentary snacks. Down the hallway there is ample ski / gear storage on the way to the ski access door. Exit this door for direct ski-in / ski-out access. This home is accessible from the Sundance and Teddy's Way ski runs. Garage access is also located on this lower level of the home.

Beautiful views, well appointed kitchen. Humidifiers in all rooms were super helpful. Lots of firewood for awesome fires after skiing! The hot tub was great, clean, HOT with towel’s provided! Lots of extra bedding and pillows. One thing I noticed late into our stay was the upstairs office that had a pullout sofa for extra sleeping space. Not sure that’s mentioned in the listing but we could’ve put 2 more people in there if necessary! Easy access to ski slope - both in and out. Would happily stay here again. Only suggestion would be to provide hair dryers (only found one really old one in the whole house) and some fresher cuddly blankets and pillows. The main living room sofa. They’re starting to look rundown. Overall - fantastic stay! Thanks!!

Really incredible stay. The location and view of this home was perfect. The Dial-A-Ride services take you right to the gondola so it could not have been easier. I will definitely be coming back to stay at this property. Extremely comfortable beds, perfect for a big group.

We had a group trip of 10 people and this house was perfect for us with room to spare. There were plenty of beds and everything was as advertised in the pictures. It was a great location in Mountain Village and the host communications were great!

Great Home !

Check-in was seamless. Home was spotless, fridge/pantry was stocked with items we requested prior to arrival. Location was perfect on Sundance/Teddys Way, a true ski in/ski out home. The management company was great (Telluride Lodging). I will definitely rent again!
