This updated and luxurious 4 bedroom/5.5 bathroom private home is conveniently located in the heart of downtown Telluride, near the corner of South Oak Street and W Pacific Street. This location is just steps away from skiing and hiking, restaurants and shops as well as the free Telluride gondola.
This home sleeps up to 11 guests comfortably; either a family or two, or a group of friends. Whether you are here to ski, hike, bike or attend one of our many festivals - or just enjoy the town, this is the perfect place to stay!
Enter this 4-bedroom private home via the front door facing W Pacific Street. You will enter into a spacious and inviting foyer with an adjacent half bath and mudroom. Plenty of indoor storage in the mudroom for coats, skis, boots, helmets, hiking equipment, etc. The kitchen, living and dining room areas are fully open and accessible by a short staircase.
The fully stocked kitchen features a Viking range, full appliances, a spacious walk-in pantry and a breakfast bar seating 3. The kitchen also features a crockpot (perfect for having dinner ready after skiing!), blender, cast iron pan as well as a regular drip and Nespresso coffee makers. The open and adjacent dining area seats 8 guests comfortably and next to it in the open layout is the comfortable living room with two new sofas, two armchairs, flat screen TV and a gas fireplace. There is private access to two patio decks; one with an alfresco dining table with seating for 6 guests and the other with a BBQ grill. Easily control the room temperature on the main level living area through the A/C in this room. The A/C is a mini-split, which can easily heat or cool the area instantly.
Just upstairs from the living room area, the primary bedroom has a king-sized bed, walk-in closet and a comfortable seating area by the fireplace. There is also a desk area with room to work. The primary suite's bathroom features double sinks, a freestanding tub and walk-in steam shower. The primary bedroom stays cool or warm easily through the A/C unit in the room.
There are three other bedrooms in the home. Halfway down to the bottom floor is a private guest bedroom with a queen-sized bed, ceiling fan, and flat screen TV. This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a glass shower.
Between this floor and the bottom floor is a full-sized washer and dryer closet as well as a full bathroom with glass shower. We provide laundry supplies as well as bathroom amenities to make your stay easy and perfectly comfortable!
Downstairs on the bottom floor are two additional bedrooms. The first one features a king bed and flat screen TV. This bedroom also has access to an ensuite private bathroom with shower.
The fourth bedroom has a comfortable captain's bunk bed and twin trundle, perfect for kids. The bunk bed has a twin bed on top and a queen bed on the bottom, along with a twin-sized trundle that pulls out. This suite has an ensuite bathroom with a shower.
This home features towels and linens at 5-star hotel luxury quality throughout and consist of 100% organic Turkish cotton from FrontGate's Resort Collection. All linens are at least 400+ thread count Legends Hotel collection Supima cotton sateen.
On the lower level outside the two bedrooms there is also a second media room area with sofa, chairs, flat screen TV and mini bar area. All TVs have streaming services available, either via Roku or Apple TV.

This comfortable and updated 4 bedroom private home is located in downtown Telluride, within 1 block's walking distance to the free gondola, skiing, restaurants and shopping. You will also enjoy the beautiful mountain views both from inside the home as well as from the main patio deck.
Although you do not need a vehicle at this home, due to its convenient location, there is a designated parking spot for this home, as well as access to a street parking permit for a second vehicle. The private, designated parking spot is adjacent to the home and located in the driveway, off-street. Please note this parking spot is more suitable for smaller to medium sized vehicles, including SUVs.
