There was no meat offered or available at breakfast. I selected this hotel based on the expectation os a good breakfast in the morning. The woman working the buffet said they must have forgotten to order sausage or bacon.

The pool was closed due to maintenance. We were looking forward to swimming. We did not know the pool would be closed. We were very disappointed. Would you please discount our bill. We would not have stayed if we knew ahead of time that the pool was not up and running.

green pool

The pool was broken upon arrival, but the staff was wonderful and called the embassy suites and asked to let us use the pool. it was a bit away and we had to uber over there, but it worked out. And then there were ants in our room and also my sisters room, and they did move us to another room. The staff was fabulous in accommodating us. It was just a inconvenience. And to be honest, the embassy suites looked like a nicer property and we said we would probably stay there next time. since the pool was a big part of our travel. we like to relax by the pool when visiting with family. The manager did give us a discount for the first night.
