- Please note that there is limited cell service and wifi may be weak in the area due to the remote location of the home.
- Absolutely no exterior amplified music or there will be a $500 fine.
- Pool/Spa heat is a paid feature and needs to be requested 48 hours in advance before the day of check-in.
- Please note: Pool heat will not be available for the summer months (May - September).
Pool with spa heat is just $350 per day, plus tax.
- SPA heat alone is $100 per day plus tax. The hot tub/spa/jacuzzi has a max temperature of 104° for safety reasons.
- Please note that we do not heat the in-ground spa prior to guest arrival.
- The pool and spa can only be run one at a time, not concurrently. In other words, the system can either be in "Pool Mode" or it can be in "Spa Mode." It cannot be in both modes at the same time.
