Beautiful two story custom Country estate in Wine Country on 3 acres, overlooking its own private grapevines (Perfect for wedding pictures). Conveniently situated in the heart of the wine country, only two miles from South Coast Winery and within a 5 min drive to most Wineries!

Enjoy the grounds the home offers, large swimming pool with slide, 10 person jacuzzi, bbq area, firepit great for smores and or enjoying evening drinks, game of corn hole or just sit and relax with cup of coffee and enjoy all the cool hot air balloons flying over the house in the morning hours.
Indoors - spacious for large families or groups , with a large living room, family room, game room with pool table, Foosball table, Shuffle board, poker table, and board games to enjoy your stay!

~~IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW~~

~We take the rules very seriously! Prior to booking, please refer to the House Rules prior to reserving and contact us with any questions.

~We care about being outstanding members of the communities we live in. Please note that per our house rules and local city ordinance, occupancy limits and quiet hours are strictly enforced. Guests must be mindful of their noise levels at all times and respect the rules of the community. In order to ensure a continued great experience for our guests and our neighbors, kindly note that any violation of these rules as well as complaints from neighbors and the County may result in a fine, forfeiture of security deposit and could lead to immediate eviction.

~Pool/jacuzzi heating will incur an additional charge. Pool heating not available from October thru March as temperatures are still to cold for a domestic heater to attempt to heat a large body of water. Jacuzzi heating available year round for an additional fee of $20 to heat water to 102 degrees and $10 per hour to maintain temperature, which you will have a remote to turn on and off to control cost. Pool/Spa cost is calculated is calculated by the amount of propane used to heat them.

We respect the privacy of all our guest and will be available only when asked and not pop in for any reason :)

Property is conveniently located in between the two main wine strips , Rancho California and Deportola rd. Allowing for only minutes to most Wineries!!

Estate is only 12 minutes from Old Town Temecula, Pechanga Casino, and the 15 minutes from the 15 freeway.
House Rules with Terms and Conditions:

Guest Reserving: must be at least 25 years of age- ID check at check in

Occupancy Limits:
The basic cost of renting Estate, as stated on this website, is for up to 14 guests. No guests other than those approved by the host are allowed at the Villa at any time.

Visiting Guests: max of 4
Our home is for guests sleeping at the Villa. If Responsible Guest would like to invite other guests to spend the day at Villa , host must be notified at least 72 hours in advance. Villa uses a monitoring system to detect the number of guests inside or outside the Villa. This system, coupled with our external security cameras, can verify if this rule is violated. There will be a $1,000 fine if additional guests are invited who were not pre- approved by the host.

Parties and Events:
No gatherings, loud celebrations, parties or other private events (collectively `events`) are to be held at the vacation rental property during your occupancy. Holding an event is considered an abuse and breach of these Terms and Conditions and is cause for immediate termination of occupancy. Upon any infraction of rules, Perfect Getaways Inc. may, at its sole option, terminate all agreements with you, including termination of occupancy immediately. In this event, you will forfeit all monies, including security deposits.

Noise:
Temecula has a very strict noise ordinance from 10pm to 8am. Noise levels must be kept strictly under 60 dBA during the day. Loud Music and/or excessive noise outdoors (i.e., yelling, noise amplification, musical instruments, animal barking etc) must be kept to a respectful minimum at all times. Guest must be mindful of their noise levels at all times; All noise outside the house MUST STOP by 9:30pm and should not resume until 8:00am. This includes any type of noise, such as music, instruments, loud voices, etc.

Violation of County noise ordinance will be subject to an initial $1500 fine, and eviction for the 2nd occurrence. This fine will be taken from the security deposit. The property will be subject to inspection upon reasonable notice to guest, which includes knocking on the door or ringing the doorbell before entry in the event that noise complaints are issued. The guest understands that this may occur anytime during the guest`s stay if there is noise or reasonable suspicion of a party or any other violation of the house neighborhood rules or city ordinance. Villa uses electronic systems designed to measure the noise level outside of the Villa.

Smoking:
Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside and outside the property grounds. This includes any type of cigarette, cigar, pipe, vapor, hookah, etc. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the full security deposit, damage liability up to $1000. This fine will be taken from the security deposit.


Pets:
Only permit small ( under 15lbs) hypo-allergenic pets for an addional fee ($60 per pet) Maximum of 2 at all times.

Parking:
All cars must be parked inside the Villa premises. No cars should be parked on adjacent public roads. Maximum of 7 vehicles at all times.

Vehicles:
No motor homes or non-standard vehicles are allowed inside the Villa premises. Violation of this policy will result in a non-refundable $600 fine. This fine will be taken from the security deposit.
Customer Service
We want your stay at our home and the Temecula area to be as fun and memorable as it can be. Because of this, our property manager will greet you and your guests at check-in, or shortly after check in, to make sure you know how to operated everything in the home, and to answer any questions you may have about the property, nearby wineries, local events, etc.
Swimming Pool:
The swimming pool is SHALLOW! Diving is STRICTLY PROHIBITED as it is extremely dangerous and could result in severe injury or even death! No glass containers may be used near the pool. Responsible Guest shall inform all other guests of this rule, and will be responsible for making sure this rule is enforced at all times. Any personal injury as a result of a guests diving in the pool shall be borne solely by the Responsible Guest.

Pool Heating
Responsible Guest can request the pool to be heated to 80 degrees. But because our home uses propane gas, which is much more expensive than natural gas, there is a fee of $150 per day with a 2-day minimum as we need to start heating up the pool the day before. Pool heating only available March thru October

Jacuzzi Heating:
Available year-round for $20 to get water temperature to 102 degrees and $10 per hour to maintain that temperature.

Children:
Children are most welcome at our home. Responsible Guest signing the rental agreement shall be responsible for supervising all children in the pool area as there is no lifeguard on the premises.

Security Cameras:
Guest understands that Villa features video electronic surveillance on the exterior of the house for guest security and to ensure that the rules of the community are respected. Guest acknowledges that Villa may be under 24-hour exterior surveillance and security monitoring and patrols. Properties may include noise alert monitoring systems in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Tampering with our security cameras will result in $2,500 fine and taken from the security deposit.
Sports Equipment:
All sports Equipment should be returned to their original storage location in the outdoor cabinet.

Check In TIme:
Check in begins at 3:00pm.
Check Out TIme:
In order to have the house ready for the next guests, check-out time is strictly enforced. All guests must vacate the house with all their belongings by 11:00 am. Failure to abide by these requested check-out times will result in a $50 fine for every one hour violation after the times provided.
Cleaning personnel will arrive at 11:00 am.

Inspection:
Responsible Guest must do a thorough inspection of the home upon arrival. If anything is missing, damaged, broken or dirty, Responsible Guest must notify Host immediately. Otherwise, Responsible Guest will be held responsible for the damage.
Upon Checkout
All trash must be taken out and placed in the outdoor trash bins. All dishes must be placed in the dishwasher and started upon departure. Any dishes that are left for the housekeeping staff or that are put away still dirty will incur a charge of $100;
Security Deposit / Additional Costs
The security deposit will be used at the sole discretion of the host to pay for the restoration of the property to its original move-in condition (outside of other normal wear and tear).

It was a nice place, wish they had TVs in the rooms as the living was too small for all of to sit, but not a deal breaker. We also couldn't get jacuzzi jets or lights on so didn't use it after heating it up. Otherwise it was a great location for wineries and scenery. Beautiful propert.

The house was in a quiet neighborhood and the home was beautiful. Few problems: 2 showers and a sink in one of bathrooms only had cold water. Expensive to heat pool and Jacuzzi so didn't use them

John/Dan great hosts from booking until the end. House is fabulous since each room has its own bathroom. There were 12 of us here for a family wedding and we never felt crowded. Backyard has a pool, bbq, firepit and plenty of chairs/loungers on patios. Would highly recommend. 10 minutes from Old Telemuca. Also, if you have time go to Wilson Creek for wine tasting and ask for Josh.

A great place to stayinTemacula

A few choices place I was looking and finally decided this one is the right place to stay in Temacula, CA. The place was old house but still maintained in good condition. This place provide enough rooms which includes each individual full bath. The whole family enjoyed the stay and the place. We never use the pool due to lots of travel we did in San Diego and surrounding cities. The house provide all needed stuff to live. To make it short this place is a great place to stay for a vacation.

This property was perfect for an extended birthday celebration and was a great home base for trips to the nearby wineries. We enjoyed the pool, spa, and outdoor grill. We also enjoyed walking around the quiet neighborhood.

Beautiful and spacious home

I recently traveled to Temecula for my brother's military retirement ceremony myself and 13 other family members stayed on this property. First kudos to John the property manager for his amazing communication throughout the entire bikking and suring the stay. The property is exactly as described and had more than enough rooms and beds to accommodate everyone. The views from the property is simply breath taking. I would HIGHLY recommend this property to anyone traveling with a big group. Definitely would book again.

Perfect little getaway

Three small families of adults rented the property to celebrate dads birthday. The house was clean and beautiful. Amazing views with a beautiful backyard, pool, BBQ and fire pit. Property manager met us on-site and was very welcoming and friendly.
