Fabulous hotel along with such happy staff. Food at the buffet is excellent, always plenty of choice....food & service at the A La Carte needs work !! Waiters not interested & food not as good as it should be. Pools are so good...very clean but the pools ides/tiled walkways are lethal...accidents everyday with people, kids & adults, slipping up....along with lots of cracked tiles which are like glass. I cut my foot on one but couldn't be bothered to complain....but there are far too many broken tiles along with all the tiles need to be changed to non-slip before there is a serious head injury !! Totally disagree with having to pay for entertainment in the theatre !!

Lovely stay, very clean, great staff

I travelled to the Bahia Principe Fantasia with my Wife, for a 4-night stay to celebrate the end of the Summer Holidays... we didn't bring the kids! We enjoyed a swim-up room / suite which was clean, spacious and had a wonderfully large bed, sofa and impressive bathroom complete with rainfall shower. Our swim-up was East facing which meant we got glorious sunshine until about 1pm, at which point we moved to the main pools in the hotel. We particularly enjoyed the adults only infinity pool, although there are less sunbeds in this area so it's not always a given you can get a spot. Positives: Good food, with 3 al a carte restaurants which I'm told are all fantastic. We ate in the steak restaurant and it was very nice indeed. Breakfast is very good Bars are great. Soft drinks and beer are on the customers side of the bar so you can fill / refill as much as you want without having to wait. The hotel is very clean and you can't miss the dedicated team who are working quite literally around the clock to maintain standards Mini-bar is refilled every day. Pool towels can be changed as often as you like. Negatives: There are a lot of kids. Occasionally, they get into the adults only pool / area. If you find a staff member they will kick them out, but the area is not routinely patrolled and the presence of kids is annoying. The entertainments team are often of the opinion that the louder the music is, the more fun everyone is having. Someone should tell them to turn it down

Our room was never cleaned properly, 3 days I requested the floors to be cleaned and this didn't happen. Mini bar consists of a can of beer and 3 soft drinks that is all. Bed sheets were not changed once for the whole 9 nights. Our neighbours in our room had a fight on their first night, and then every day from this we had nothing but drunken noise waking up our kids. Had to wait for food as kept running out, never offered a drink when we sat for dinner had to chase staff down just to get a drink. Food was always cold, nothing is hot apart from pasta if you request to have it cooked fresh in front of you, plates and glasses were rotten EVERY DAY.

Fantastic resort. The staff work tirelessly to ensure a 5 star experience. The highlight was the kids club team who were amazing with the kids throughout our stay. Resort is big enough with so much activities that it keeps you entertained for the entire stay.

This is one of the cleaniest hotel that I have been to. Everything is well maintained and you can see the staff working hard everyday to keep everything clean. I wish the buffet had more authentic food but there was a lot of choice and even a small section for the kids. It was also my first time in a place where you have to serve yourself a drink around the day since there is no servers to bring it to you at the pool. You also need to reserve your chairs early in the morning if you want to have a place at the pools because at 10am there is no more chairs available.

Rooms are great, huge, clean, comfortable beds with a nice bathroom. Kids facilities including kids club, shows/mini disco are excellent. The location is fine, gorgeous views of the sea and if you're willing to walk to Los Agios, the best meals we had all week was at a lovely restaurant overlooking the sea. The problem with the hotel, for us, was the food. The breakfast was fine, we didn't use the lunch buffet as we preferred the local restaurants. The dinner buffet was a huge disappointment. The freshly cooked meat and fish were flavourless/over cooked. The salads were regurgitated using leftovers. We felt everything lacked flavour. The house wine is pretty terrible in our opinion. However, the a la carte restaurants were a bigger disappointment. The kids loved making their own pizzas at the Italian but our seafood pasta was flavourless and the fish overcooked. The tiramisu was the same as we'd tried at the buffet the previous evening. The steakhouse was a disaster for us, all four adults ordered the entrecôte and sent it back. We tried to fill up on the chips and dessert, same cheesecake as the buffet. The Manager was useless. I'm pretty sure that the kitchen used is the same throughout the hotel. We cancelled the Japanese and ate out the last two evenings. So overall, the kids loved it and the staff and service were great, the food for the adults, in our opinion is not up to scratch.

The family had a great time at the complex. Rooms were great, staff were awesome, friendly and helpful. Loved the pools and eating convenience, particularly with the troublesome kid. Would definitely stay again.
