Softball tournament

We just stopped to rest for the night and had to leave early in the morning. It would have been nice if breakfast was offered before 7am so we couldn't eat. The price for one night was outrageous so we can only stay the one night.

The floors had grime all over the floor so thick it would need to be scraped with a razor and deep cleaned. The bathroom had trash from the previous guest. I found parts of hair curlers and an earring in the bathroom floor. If the room would’ve been clean it would’ve been a nice place to stay as the rooms looked recently updated but the dirtiness of the room over countered the good of the hotel.

Great staff poor room quality and availability

It was okay overall. They had limited availability in terms of room size. The room had fringed carpet some areas had small holes, the nob in the shower had broken off permanently stuck on "shower mode", also paint was missing on various walls throughout the room, it just didn't mstch thd hype of what I expect the Hampton Inn should be. To be fair I usually don't use hotel bath tubs any, but we did essentially pay for the option. The only saving grace was the staff, the staff at the front desk and who ran the breakfast area were amazing 👏.

We had a nice stay goo. The elevator was broken while we were there and the pool was extremely cold. Towels in the pool area was limited. Breakfast was very nice and an added bonus.

hotel was good other guests suck

the hotel itself was good, it was other guests that made the pool experience (pool was the only reason we went due to have our 3 grandsons, wanted to let them swim and get out of the house) not so great. a mom and alot of rowdy older bigger kids kept pushing into my smaller boys. i had to keep running to the side of the pool to make sure my smallest boy was ok because the kids just didnt care who they ran over.
