Katherine's Cozy Bungalow! No Check-out List!! THREE bedroom with QUEEN beds!

Come and relax in our THREE Bedroom and 1 bath home! All of the beds are QUEEN! We are located in a quite, well maintained neighborhood! It's so beautiful in the fall with all the tree's! It does not feel like you're in the city! There are no railroad tracks or businesses in our neighborhood! We do have stairs up to our home and the washer and dryer are in the basement! I feel that is important to know! We have a fenced in back yard! If you stay with a pet please keep it off my furniture and off the beds! Please clean up after your pets as well. Check-in time is 3 p.m and Check-out is 10 a.m. If you need me and I don't respond please call me. Sometimes I don't hear the ding!!!! One thing to NOTE; Vrbo does NOT let you book the day of a stay!!!! We look forward to having you!!

This home exudes hospitality. Kathy has thought of every welcoming detail- from seasonal decor, to games, snacks and coffee bar, toiletries and pet station in the backyard, to easy checkout so you don’t have to spend your last morning stripping beds. What a relief! We thoroughly enjoyed this immaculately clean, comfortable and beautiful home. Thank you for your hospitality and responsiveness Kathy! We look forward to our next visit!

Comfortable with thoughtful touches added for convenience for travelers. The kitchen has many appliances, a selection of several sizes of cookware & bakeware and plenty of plates and bowls. I appreciated the dishwasher as well! Being a pet-friendly property, no evidence of wear & tear nor odors. A very pleasant stay with many amenities.

Absolutely loved our stay at this charming, dog-friendly 2 bed, 1 bath bungalow in Terre Haute! The home was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed — perfect for families of all ages. The fenced backyard was great for our pup to safely play; a swing set for guests with kids; the screened-in porch was a peaceful spot to relax. Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood with easy check-in and excellent communication. 10/10 recommend — we’d happily stay here again!

PERFECT STAY!

We had the absolute best experience in a VRBO that we have ever had! Top to bottom stocked with everything you need and wish other rentals would have! Perfect for families. We loved the location close to family and convenient to groceries, parks and campuses. Walkable neighborhood that we took advantage of every evening. Washer and dryer were a bonus that we used frequently! We cooked and grilled most nights. Owner was great and available for any questions. Such a perfect week. 10/10!

Cozy and Convenient

The property is well maintained and you can tell the owner cares about the quality of your stay. She goes out of her way to ensure you have what you need and even provided us with great suggestions for shopping and entertainment. We loved sitting out in the enclosed porch in the morning watching the birds. Its truly a thousand times better than any hotel option around, it even beats the price of local hotels. I highly recommend this place to everyone looking for a place to stay in the area.

Great Place to Stay in Terre Haute

Lovely vintage home with nearby access to grocery, restaurants, etc. Located in a quiet neighbor good for walking and exercise. We were visiting family in Illinois and the home has easy access to freeways.

We loved this property so much. I was a little nervous it might be too small but it was perfect! Charming decor. A nice tea, chocolate, coffee area. Two porches! One not. Our host was exceptional. The best we've had. There was a grill and a desk. A swingset, and pack and play. Quiet. Overall very nice for our weekend trip for a wedding.enclosed and one not. L beautiful

From booking to check in and check out communication was great. House was everything and more than what was shown. Board games and other games downstairs. TVs in rooms and living room. Quiet neighborhood. Great little stay and will stay again if in the area!

Nice, Comfortable Place

We only stayed one evening on the way through the area, but for the price it was very nice. For slightly more than what a hotel room would cost, it was a very spacious, comfortable, quiet and safe neighborhood home to relax in.

Very accommodating

The house is very well taken care of and was clean when I got there. The house was well-stocked with coffee and snacks. I was able to get a good night’s sleep too due to the quietness of the neighborhood and the comfort of the bed. I would definitely recommend staying here.
