sItuated in the prestigious area of Moravit in Moraira, Los Altillos is a unique and spacious 4 double bed/ 5 bathroom villa with a plot size of over 2000 sq m .Most villas of this size will only have a plot of 800 sq m or less so that gives you an idea of the privacy and seclusion of Los Atillos.
This comfortable villa enjoys a private and tranquil position, accessed by it's own private driveway and set behind remote-controlled electric gates to ensure utmost privacy. It is nestled among the pine trees with fantastic sea views over the sparkling Mediterranean.
This bright and sunny , air-conditioned villa has been beautifully and tastefully furnished and decorated in an attractive style .
Through the front door into a spacious entrance hall furnished with a table and chairs where you can have a quiet coffee whilst looking out at the fabulous view,- Through to the living area, with panoramic views across the grounds, down the valley to the sea. This room is graced by modern designer sofas imported from the UK and elegant soft furnishings leading out to the roof terrace , decorated with fabulous birds of paradise and bougainvillea planting and a comfy corner sofa and dining table. There is also a large retractable awning so if the sun is too intense you can still enjoy all fresco dining and the beautiful views.
Also off the lounge is a partially covered Naya with modern comfortable sofas.This is the ideal place to sit with a glass of wine and enjoy the spectacular views over Moraira and El Portet and also enjoy the spectacular firework displays that are a regular feature of the many fiestas Moraira celebrates.
The handsome formal dining area leads through to the fully fitted kitchen which has every appliance you require including a Gas Range cooker, Microwave oven ,dishwasher large fridge and the all important Tassimo coffee machine. The kitchen leads onto the rear courtyard which gives access to the utility room which houses the washing machine, freezer and a second large fridge.
There is a large double ensuite bedroom on this level, stylishly furnished provides an oasis of tranquility leading through to a huge en-suite bathroom with large walk in shower cubicle with overhead rain shower and hand held attachment, toilet, twin sinks, heated towel rail etc.
There are three further double bedrooms , the substantial master has a 4m wide balcony accessed through sliding doors, with floor to ceiling windows, and a huge ensuite, The views once again are spectacular. the second also has a balcony and the sea view and ensuite, the third bedroom has a private sea view terrace and its own bathroom - all overlooking the beautiful swimming pool and to the sea. All the balconies and terraces have tables and chairs. All of these bedrooms have a good selection of built in wardrobes. All bathrooms have large walk in shower with overhead rain shower and hand held attachment, toilet, basin and heated towel rail. along side of these bedrooms is a kitchenette with a coffee machine/ kettle/ toaster and mini fridge. There is access from here to a shady rear terrace with steps down to the garden and pool.
At the front of this lovely villa there is another raised terrace which is also ideal for Al fresco evenings Furnished with dining table and six chairs the views from this upper terrace are very pretty looking down to the sea.
On the ground floor next to the swimming pool there is a shaded covered garden kitchen,dining area and lounge area.fully equipped, a bbq, dining table and chairs , pool table and sofa and chairs.
The extra large kidney shaped, floodlit swimming pool with roman steps has its own poolside shower , toilet and storage room with a further fridge/freezer ideal for keeping drinks and ice creams close by and is surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens (floodlit at night) with a fantastic variety of Mediterranean palms, shrubs, cacti, flowers and citrus trees. Sun beds surround the pool and there is yet a further area with table, six chairs and a large sun-umbrella for snacks and drinks by the poolside. There is also private driveway leads to a car parking area with room for several cars.
This beautiful villa will provide the ideal base for your holiday in the beautiful town of Moraira.

The nearest beach, bars, restaurants, shops are a 5 minute stroll away.The Bar and Restaurant Hub L'Andrago is 10 minutes walk.

A beautiful property in a fantastic location. The villa had everything we wanted and more. The new outdoor space overlooking the pool was the perfect place to unwind with the family. We hope to come back again.

Large villa in good location.

A large villa with electric gates and good sized grounds. The new extension has a lovely roof terrace which we enjoyed aswell as the outside kitchen and pool table. Fantastic views and a great location. Really nice to be able to walk to bars/restaurants and the centre of Morira.

Really excellent villa in a lovely area. The outdoor kitchen and pool space were exceptional. Very quiet and secluded plot but still only 10 mins walk to really good supermarket and local restaurants. Steep walk back though! This villa exceeded our expectations.

Away from it all

Key entry system at gate was fine but sometimes it is nice to be met with someone to take you through the property. Tired, hot and bothered it took us a couple of minutes to realise that the inner doors were not locked but were sliding doors. We laughed later but for a few moments it was not so funny after a long journey. The house is over 3 floors and in excellent condition. The air conditioning, showers, toilets worked well and the bedrooms all of good size with plenty of storage. The weather was so nice that we did not take advantage of the communal areas indoors but spent all our time outside by the pool and the very impressive outside kitchen. Everything we could need was available and to a high standard. The barbecue, swimming pool and pool table were all well used by the end of the week and there was no shortage of sun beds, fridges, inflatables etc. The only item missing were the beach towels but these were soon provided after a brief phone call. The location of the house is about a 10 minute walk down a steep hill to the coast and nearest restaurants. The walk back would be a challenge for the unfit! The town of Moraira was about 20 minutes away. A taxi home costs about 10 euros but we enjoyed the walk back The restaurants were excellent and the supermarkets were a short drive away. In conclusion we had a very enjoyable week in a high spec villa in a charming resort.

Wonderful!

We were the first visitors in the newly extended property. The new extension meets the original property perfectly. The newly formed downstairs open area is a fabulous addition, complete with new kitchen, large dining table, lovely sofa's and all important Pool table, ideal for a the 'Competitive Dad!" The Villa has been extended to a very high standard, but also, it is home from home, everything you ever need, including lots of books, board games, DVD's etc, things that help keep everyone entertained. The Pool and garden areas are also beautiful, lots of different seating areas and plenty of shade/parasols. We would recommend this property, the area is lovely, lots of great restaurants locally and Moraira is a lovely place. Beaches are small generally but the Sea is crystal clear and great for snorkeling etc,

A beautiful, very private villa. Unoverlooked pool and grounds. Excellent hosts!

Absolutely stunning villa and grounds. Huge master en-suite with two other twin rooms. Big kitchen and lounge area with terrace overlooking grounds and bay. Perfect BBQ area with terrace overlooking the beautiful view of the bay. Huge kidney shaped pool and incredible grounds, all completely overlooked with lots of shaded areas to get out the sun. Gated entrance to drive for extra safety. The pictures do not do the villa justice. Also just a 5 minute easy drive to the beach and town so location is not a problem either. The hosts were additionally exceptional throughout our stay. It was complicated by my wife having to self isolate due to a positive COVID test but they were more than accommodating. Direct contact throughout our stay. I could not recommend this villa more highly. We will be visiting again. Thank you again to the hosts, your care and attention to the villa and your guests enabled us to have a wonderful holiday!
