BEAUTIFUL RUSTIC VILLA LOCATED IN TEULADA (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE POOL. For a maximum of 8 guests.

LAYOUT: The AZALEA villa, a combination of rustic and Mediterranean style, is spread over two floors. We access the property through an entrance that gives access to a space shared by the living room and dining room. A comfortable sofa with capacity for all guests, as well as a small coffee table and a television make up this space. Right behind is the dining table with chairs for all guests. To our right, the rustic and fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals. On this floor there are two bedrooms: one with two single beds and one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. On this same floor we find a second bathroom with a shower. On the upper floor are the other two bedrooms: one with two single beds and the other with a double bed. At our disposal there is a bathroom with shower. From the double room, we have access to the terrace with a table and chairs to read and admire the magnificent and unobstructed views.

EXTERIOR: Upon entering the property, we have access to a large space to park several vehicles. The pool is surrounded by several loungers for sunbathing. A large terrace equipped with a table and chairs to share meals is at our disposal. The view is clear and beautiful with the sea at the bottom.

SITUATION: Villa Azalea is located on the outskirts of the town of Teulada, a few minutes from all amenities, but in a very quiet area. The villa is a 5 minute drive from the town of Moraira with its beaches, restaurants and various water activities.
