Villa PONTE VECCHIO by Abahana Villas
SPLENDID VILLA LOCATED IN MORAIRA (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE POOL. For a maximum of 11 guests.
LAYOUT: Distributed in two floors, the villa stands out for its comfort and luminosity. On the main floor, at pool level, we find most of its rooms. First we access the villa entering the living-dining room, which is equipped with a fully open kitchen. At the same level, we encounter the four bedrooms and finally the two bathrooms. One of these bedrooms is connected with the living room itself, offers a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. As well we can enter the remaining bedrooms (two with double beds and one with a single bed) and bathroom with shower through a corridor located next to the kitchen. Air conditioning is installed in the living room and in three of the bedrooms. The attached apartment located on the lower floor, is just opposite of the entrance towards the villa, and offers a bedroom with a double bed, a bunk bed, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
EXTERIOR: We can enter the villa by opening a slide door, where we find enough space to park two vehicles comfortably. A beautiful and well-kept garden made up of different plants and flowering trees surrounds the villa. The large terrace where the private pool is located in front of the main house, with a large space for sun loungers, a covered outdoor dining area and a wonderful barbecue set. As well, the villa offers two solariums with amazing views, from where we can see the Mediterranean Sea.
LOCATION: The Villa PONTE VECCHIO is located in a quiet urbanization, in a dead end street having therefore very little traffic.
It is distanced only 2.1 km from the sandy beach of Moraira, l'Ampolla. A magnificent place for a perfect holiday experience, where you can enjoy the incredible weather, the amazing sandy beaches and the beautiful coves with its turquoise waters. As well,the area offers interesting local gastronomy and a long list of activities is organized during high season.
