The hotel was under renovation and the elevator didn't work and the second floor was closed for renovations so we had to walk up 3 flights of stairs which was very hard on us at our age and having to carry our luggage

Very nice remodel currently underway
Only drawback, elevator was not in service
Room was for handicap but the hand held shower head wasn't there. Very little water pressure. Evening clerk did not know where coffee for room was kept. Was able to fuenish new towel. Did not know hotel was being remodeled and they started on our floor during our stay. A mess . Mold and mildew in tub. Breakfast only thing good.
Bathtub was extremely dirty, we were worried about taking a shower in their. The mildew on the caulking was RED, not white or clear. When we got to our room on the 2nd floor, we could smell cooking oil burning as we walked down the hall. I asked the clerk at the front desk if cooking was allowed in the rooms and she said yes, that the works doing the renovation were staying there. We told her that we did not think cooking with oil in a room was safe since this hotel did not have a kitchenette, she said the people used hot plates.
Hotel is currently under renovation, so the noise level from the 3rd floor woke us up early. Hopefully they will properly renovate and keep their rooms clean after that or property management needs to get better cleaning people.
We had stayed here before and it was not in this bad of a condition.Will not be back.
First night we found coc roaches in the bathroom. The water pressure in the shower is super low and doesn't get very hot. Also they ended up setting off the fire alarm twice at 7 in the morning. The breakfast was supposed to be open till 9:30 but they would close it before 9am everyday. They also wouldn't keep the breakfast area stocked we had to keep asking them for different things. There was no one really working the front desk so you would just be standing arround until someone came back up front which could be anywhere from 2-10 minutes.
