Summary:
This chalet’s location provides a peaceful retreat while still being just minutes away from the Blue Mountain Village. Featuring three spacious floors and breathtaking views of the mountains.

Our chalet is a licensed STA accommodation for 13 people. License Number: LCSTR20210000070.

The Space:
The main floor has 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. As you come into the space your home opens to a wonderful large area with floor to ceiling windows with patio, bbq, backyard and hot tub access. A large dining table and seating areas along with a full stocked kitchen and island. The open-concept kitchen is complete with all the utensils you need to cook delicious meals for your group.

There are 2 social areas with plenty of seating and Televisions. The upper loft "home theatre" has an 85" Samsung smart TV and sound bar for great audio effects along with the latest PS5 Play station. We have also included three top gains, but feel free to log into your account or bring your own games. The lower level area has a fireplace and a PS3. Lots of seating.

Relax and rejuvenate in the outdoor Hot Tub, open for use all year round.

Our chalet is pet-friendly. Enjoy the workspaces available to you and we offer Free High-Speed Wi-Fi throughout the chalet. We also offer Free Parking for up to 4 cars on driveway.

Guest Access:
This is a self-check-in property. On the day of the check-in, you will receive an Arrival Message with the Access Code for a door lock.

The Arrival Message will be sent to you as long as we have received:
‱ Filled-out Online Check-in Form, that is sent to you after your reservation is confirmed
‱ Required documents, like signed Rental Agreement and a picture of government-issued ID
‱ Pre-authorized Damage Deposit, which is required for every reservation

Standard Check-in Time - 4 PM.
Standard Check-out Time - 11 AM.

Early Check-in and Late Check-out can be requested, however, they are not guaranteed and are subject to approval. An additional $50 will be applied for Early Check-in or Late Check-out extra services, once they are confirmed.

The Neighborhood:
This chalet is just a stone's throw away from the bustling Blue Mountain Village, where you'll have easy access to a variety of shops, restaurants, and the best ski lifts in the area. During the summer months there are public access tennis courts.

Nature lovers will appreciate the rental's proximity to Northwinds Beach, located on the beautiful spot of Georgian Bay. Easy access to the famous Georgian trails. And of course minutes from the skiing in the winter and golfing in the summer.

Outdoor enthusiasts will love the proximity to Craigleith Provincial Park, which offers miles of hiking and biking trails that wind through the breathtaking natural beauty of the Blue Mountains.

Scenic Caves Nature Adventures is another popular destination for outdoor adventurers. This attraction offers a variety of outdoor activities, including hiking, zip-lining, and cave exploring.

Scandinave Spa is a must-visit destination for you if you are looking for relaxation. This world-renowned spa is just short drive away and offers a variety of hot and cold baths, saunas, and relaxation areas surrounded by beautiful forested landscapes.

Getting Around:
You can find the best way to our chalet by visiting your own unique and personal Guest Portal. You will have access to it once you have made your reservation and filled out your Online Check-in Form.

Other Things to Note:
‱ An STA fee of $100 is applicable to each rental.

‱ The Town of The Blue Mountains has implemented a mandatory Municipal Accommodation Tax (MAT) of 4%. It is a fee collected on short-term and overnight accommodations and paid by visitors when they book a room with a local accommodation provider.

‱ A Pre-Authorized Damage Deposit is required to gain access to the property. Renters under 25 will be subject to a higher Damage Deposit and an Extra Security Charge.

‱ Linens are provided upon request at a fee of $150, for the entire chalet. Included in each linen set are a fitted sheet, top sheet, and 2 pillowcases. Linen is packaged and sealed for our guest protection and left at the end of each bed. Please confirm if linens are required no later than 5 days prior to your arrival. You are more than welcome to bring your own sheets and pillowcases.

‱ A BBQ Grill is provided for your use. Propane is provided upon request at a fee of $50. Please confirm if propane is required, no later than 5 days prior to your arrival. You are more than welcome to provide your own propane.

‱ Please note, bath towels are not provided. Please have your guests bring their own towels. We do provide kitchen towels, shower mats, and hand towels in each of the bathrooms. Also, for each bathroom, we provide 3 rolls of toilet paper, 1 box of Kleenex, a hand-washing soap, bar soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion.

Interaction with Guests:
We provide our guests with unique and personalized Guest Portal. Once you've made your reservation and filled out the Online Check-in Form, you'll receive access to your own Guest Portal. There's no need to download any apps or worry about compatibility issues - all you need is an internet connection. On this Portal you will be able to:

Great Location

First time renting this home. However we have actually visited this property on a couple different occasions over the years. My wife attended a bachelorette weekend here. I was at a bachelor party across the street a couple years ago. We both agreed the chalet has received many upgrades and was very clean, tidy, and accommodating.

Beautiful but incomplete

The property is very nice, with beautiful kitchen, bathrooms and rooms. However, it does not include sheets, towels, propane, tea, coffee, sugar, salt or pepper, which we would expect in a property that is similar in price to a hotel or b&b, which would include those things. It is well situated, close to blue mnt and the hot tub is great.

Comfortable and spacious

The check-in experience was seemless, even with some minor blips like the wifi and front door code not initially working. Property was super clean and additional sanitizer is provided at the front door. There is ample bedding throughout, though no one in our party wanted to venture into the basement as the pull out couches are a bit dated and the spare bunk room is isolated and down a hall. The basement bathroom is a definite plus as a third option for a large group. The only challenge we had as the dishwasher, which never worked. We called and had very quick service with a technician coming to get it started, but it stopped working again soon after he left. Hot tub is fantastic, as is the outside deck. Very private! I would rent from this group again.

it was a great place to rent , we enjoyed it very much

the location wasn't as close to blue mountain as we would have liked, too far to walk, we were five couples so we were short a bedroom for privacy, the fifth bedroom was twin bunk beds and the washroom was off the other bedroom on that floor otherwise everything was pretty good
