Off the living room, there is a small, furnished balcony, which is the perfect spot to enjoy a wholesome conversation with your guests. The open concept kitchen and dining area is ideal for togetherness; prepare delicious meals in the fully-equipped kitchen as your group unwinds in the dining area or at the other furnished balcony, where you can also find a convenient gas grill perfect for cookouts. And on the second level, you'll find three bedrooms and your very own private sauna.

With a desirable and prime location bordering the first hole of the Monterra Golf Course, this getaway is a golfer's dream! Golf lovers will find several golf courses nearby in case they'd like to explore different greens. In the summer months, cool off at a few local beaches on Georgian Bay including Northwinds Beach, just two miles north, and Wasaga Beach, only 18 miles east. If you're a skier, snowboarder, or mountain biker, you'll be only 200 feet from the famous lifts at Blue Mountain Resort. We stayed in the summer. It was clean and well equipped for a family stay. Nothing to worry about, wifi is good, TV is good. Lots of towels, sheets were clean. Mini sauna was working. Overall decent price. Excellent location 10 minute walk to blue mountain resort. Recommend the Jozo bar for lunch or early dinner a short walk away

From start to finish the communication was excellent. Unit was perfect for our family group, nice and close walk to the ski hill and village. Very clean when we arrived, good amount of dishes, etc. We would definitely recommend.

Fabulous peaceful getaway

Enjoyed the Rooms, the cleanliness, the set up, the kitchen, the verandah gallery view to the Blue mountain and golf course, the accessories in the kitchen, the BBQ. Would definitely recommend to friends and family as well as come back. It felt like my second home coming.

Affordable get-a-way

Property was well maintained and communication was good. When we arrived certain supplies were missing like empty propane tank, no oven mitts, no broom, no lighter for BBQ as ignitor button didn't work. All these issues were resolved promptly and communication was immediate. Would consider staying there again

Loved the property. A 2 minutes walk to Blue Mountain Village. The property was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The only criticism is the check-in (not until 4:00 pm, a little late) and check-out (at 10:00 am, a little early) times. Otherwise, absolutely fantastic.

Very nice and clean properly. The only problem we had was the shortage of hand soap. We basically couldn’t use one of the washrooms because there was no soap in it and for the other two washrooms upstairs there were only two small hand soap. Considering the pandemic situation we were expecting to have more hand washing materials. We even called the 24/7 customer service and asked for more soap , but unfortunately they didn’t provide us any despite telling us on the phone that someone would bring soap to us. Eventually we had to buy some soap from a shoppers in Collingweed because we couldn’t find any at the village.

Great location, much larger than I thought it would be which was a nice surprise. Close enough to main hill you could walk. Only negative is master bathroom shower pressure was very poor. Could use a new head.
