There no better location than Rivergrass 130's! You'll be sitting only half a mile from downtown Blue Mountain Village where you can find a wide range of dining options, shops, and lively people that will gladly give you a warm welcome to the Village. If you're an outdoors enthusiast, you'll love coming here whether in the warm months or during the cold winter. During the summer, you can hike and bike through the many scenic trails or explore the many lakes while boating or fishing. However, winter also offers a plethora of activities that include snowboarding, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing.

The shared pool is typically open from just after Victoria Day Weekend in May through Labour Day Weekend in September. Dates are subject to change.

Our small dog was fine 
 but the unit was very tired . We did experience 2 water problems and were left a lot of wet towels which weren’t picked up . The dishwasher sounded terrible The view was nice and close proximity to the Blue but not ski season yet Not a place we would return to

It was a perfect place for six friends to get together and enjoy Collingwood. The place was clean and roomie. The property was really nice. It was the perfect location and only a 10 minute walk to the village highly would recommend definitely would stay there again.

3 generation getaway

My daughters and I took my mother away for her birthday weekend. It was clean, cozy and quiet. Super close to the village. Check in and check out was easy with ample parking right out front.

Beautiful property set on golf course. Quiet setting but a 5m walk away to the buzz of the Blue Mountain village and all its amenities. Would definitely stay here again!

Good spot.

Place was as advertised, only issue is the noise from the upstairs unit woke us most nights during our stay. We would hear stomping above us throughout the night. Not the most quiet at 2 am. The property itself was fine. Some furniture and walls are showing wear, but overall it was good.

Mostly Great

You can’t beat the location of this Rivergrass property, just a ten minute walk from Blue Mountain Village. The unit is spacious and comfortable with a beautiful kitchen and two nicely designed bathrooms. I only have two minor quibbles and one MAJOR ONE. The photos in the listing show a large tv above the fireplace in the livingroom. In actuality, this tv has been moved into the master and replaced by a very small one shoved in the corner of the room??? The other minor quibble is with the livingroom lighting. The listing photos show lamps in the room
.for some reason, these have been removed, leaving only rather harsh overhead lighting. The MAJOR quibble is with the wifi. The signal was either poor or non-existent during our entire stay. The old “unplug it and wait two minutes” trick did NOTHING. In this day and age, reliable wifi is as essential as indoor plumbing.

Great location!

Perfect location! Love the shuttle bus service and literally steps away from hot tub and pool. It was convenient having a full kitchen and private washer and dryer. The jacuzzi tub was a bonus as well. Hallway bathroom didn’t lock (sliding barn door) if travelling with non family members.

Strategic location

Great unit. Spacious and well appointed. A little too big for just a couple. Living room faces the Golf course . Right across the road from Blue Mountain Village with one bedroom facing the mountains! We took in the fireworks literally from our front yard! Ample parking as well and right in front of the unit. Only irritant was the pet fur on the couch in the living room:-(. Will be back if ever visiting Blue Mountain and Collingwood again.

Good location - more attention to details

The location and cleanliness of this condo was spot on. The bed was very comfortable, but ridiculously high. I stand at 5'4 and had a hard time climbing up!?! The towels in the bathroom had seen better days and were rough on the skin. There were only 3 wine glasses and I thought the kitchen was lacking in utensils. The big pain was it was a cone shaped coffee maker. We brought basket filters which obviously did not fit. Someone else also left basket filters behind too. Would have been nice if filters were supplied. I don't think cone baskets are all that popular now. All in all, we enjoyed our stay, but for the price that you are charged, more attention to details should be paid. Oh, and we left in a snowstorm at the requested 10 am checkout time and nothing had been shoveled or plowed outside.

Great location with short walks to the Village and pool. Luxury kitchen and baths. Our dog loved the many trails in the complex and the many beaches and parks. Would stay again.

Thanksgiving Getaway

Property was just as advertised. Close to the village and other nice spots in the area. Plenty of room for all of us and a French Bulldog. Nice views from from and back of unit.
