I gave low rating for cleanliness because the floor in our room was filthy. Our feet and socks were black after walking around in our room. Other than that, it was fine.

Our beds were comfortable and the room was clean. There was a table & 2 chairs plus a desk, lamp and flat-screen TV all of which was appreciated. It got a bit noisy in the hall way but got quiet around 9:30pm.The bathroom was VERY small & difficult to move around. It was in a busy area and a few homeless close by.

Average motel 6 with the exception of the beds. The mattresses are the worst I've ever slept on. You might as well sleep on the floor, they are that hard and uncomfortable. Had to adjust every 30 min because it hurt to stay in one position. We both had back aches the next day. Otherwise service was adequate and it had a pretty popular pool outside.

The staff had the personality of plain instant oatmeal mixed with water. But they were present and got me checked in quickly. If you have hair that is thicker than a bald man, be prepared for it to take FOREVER to rinse shampoo and conditioner out. But there was plenty of hot water to do so in the trickle that came out. AC worked beautifully so my room was able to be set at morgue cold in the ridiculously hot outside weather. And the pool looked clean and fabulous!

Nice place, good value

Stay was great except for the pot smoke smell downstairs. Thank God we were on the second floor. I had to hold my breath to walk up the stairs to our room on the second floor.

Next to our room there were piles of discarded room components, like AC units, heaboards, etc. Further down the hall there was another huge similar stack of items blocking a balcony area. I was directed to park at the back of the building to access our room, but there was no available space back there. We had to park in the front instead and hike with our luggage. People were loitering on the stairway next to our room watching shows on their devices. In the past I have stayed here and it felt family friendly. I was not uneasy with my young children. This time around, I made sure to use all the available locks and DID feel uneasy. I don't think I will stay here again.
