Perfect spot
Posted Apr. 29, 2023 on HomeAwayThis home was perfectly laid out for 4 of us to stay comfortably. Plenty of comfy seating and the kitchen was very well stocked. The location close to the square at Sumpter Landing was great. Plenty of restaurants and fun bands/dancing. Having a golf cart made it so easy to zip to the local pool and also to get to rec centers. I would definitely recommend this home!!

Great House, Great Location!

Highly recommended. Communication with management was very good. The golf cart and bicycles appeared to be well maintained. It's less than a ten minute walk to Lake Sumter Landing. When deciding on activities, keep in mind requesting golf tee times is four days out and not guaranteed. Also, some activities require safety classes before you can participate and classes are not scheduled weekly.
Overall this property location is great for discovering the Villages.

Perfect home in a perfect location

This house give us plenty of room to spread out and work early in the week, then have a place of our own to return to each night during the Thanksgiving holiday. The place was immaculate and well appointed and its location near Sumter Landing was great. We loved having coffee and breakfast on the screened in patio. We whouldn't hesitate to rent this house again. It is exactly as described.
