The air-conditioned villa consists of 12 bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and a coffee machine, and 12 bathrooms with a shower.

Furthermore, a seminar room, a lounge and a wine cellar.

Towels and bed linen are provided in the villa.

Agia Triada Beach is 1.4 km from the accommodation, while Perea Beach is 2.7 km away. The nearest airport is Thessaloniki Airport, 10 km from Villa Elite Club.

Thessaloniki is 25 km away. You can also reach the city of Thessaloniki via shuttle ship (45min). From the house to the sea you have a walk of about 15 minutes. There they have a 6 km long beach promenade with many taverns and cafes.
