KORE Boutique is a brand new apartment with modern design in the heart of Thessaloniki. Comfort, luxury and high aesthetics are combined in a 49sqm apartment, just 10 minutes from Aristotelous Square and in one of the most interesting areas of the city. The intense industrial character of the area influences the minimalist decoration, giving a unique effect and creating a space suitable to accommodate those who travel for holidays and work.
The space
The apartment is located on the third floor of an apartment building, just a few minutes from the city centre.
The building has a lift for easy access to the floors.

Our apartment is arranged in a single floor plan, without many partitions, allowing for bright, natural light and ventilation. The living room, kitchen and bedroom spaces take advantage of the general floor plan to create a functional residence for 2 people (a third person can be accommodated on the living room sofa).

The reception area is an extension of the kitchen and living room area. The security door and smoke detector are at your disposal for a safe stay.



In the spacious living room there is a living room with a sofa (bed), armchair and a small table. The dining table in combination with the library and storage areas complete the simple layout of the space, while offering comfort and high aesthetics. Neutral colours, warm wood, white and red accents create a suitable environment for relaxation and rest. In the room you will find books and pamphlets and a TV with cable channels (Netflix). If needed, the sofa can accommodate another adult or two children, as it has the dimensions of a single bed.
We suggest enjoying the armchair with a hot cup of coffee, putting on some relaxing music or reading a book from our library.

The kitchen area follows the general aesthetics of the space with simple lines, white and black tones, and is developed in extension with the reception area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with electrical appliances and all the necessary utensils for the preparation of every meal of the day (coffee maker, kettle, electric cooker, oven, fridge, toaster, toaster, etc.).
In addition, in the kitchen area you will find the washing machine.

The bedroom is formed by a double bed with a luxury mattress and anatomical pillows, a chest of drawers for clothes storage and a mirror. Low lighting, yellow velvet details combined with green shades create a calm environment for rest.
You can use the wardrobe for storing your belongings which is located in the reception area and has a full-length mirror.

The bathroom has a shower and the necessary equipment. Shampoo, shower gel, hand soap and towels for each guest are at your disposal.

Our apartment has a balcony overlooking the common area of the apartment buildings. You can enjoy your morning coffee.

The apartment is air conditioned and heated by a state of the art 18000 btu air conditioner and has hot water 24 hours a day.

For our guests upon request, private parking can be provided (10€/ night).
