Beautiful home in Thézan-lès-Béziers

Beautiful holiday home with private pool, 10 km from Béziers, on a large fenced plot. Only 20 minutes to the sea! This spacious and bright villa is ideal for a family or a group of friends who want to spend a relaxing holiday in the peaceful surroundings of Thézan les Béziers, 25 km from the beach. The well-kept garden, which looks like a park, and a private pool ensure a pleasant stay. A shaded driveway offers space for 3 to 4 cars.

The interiors are decorated in warm, light pastel colours and flooded with light. Comfort and taste characterise this charming holiday home. There is air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms. From the large dining room, you can access the terrace overlooking the garden and pool. The outdoor areas are beautifully designed, pleasant and beautifully landscaped. A large, spacious terrace surrounds the villa's pool (secured with a gate and alarm). There is also an adjoining toilet, which is very practical.

This holiday destination is ideal for discovering the beautiful region of the Haut-Languedoc Regional Natural Park. Get a first glimpse of the region's landscapes by opting for a user-friendly discovery in a quad bike. In Thézan, you can book a quad bike at any time and receive the experienced help of a qualified instructor. A 6 km hiking trail leads from St Genies-de-Fontedit through vineyards and olive groves with magnificent views of the surrounding pechs (plateaus) in the scent of pine forests and garrigues. Many other sights in the vicinity of this holiday home are worth a visit: Fontcaude Abbey (12km), Bories de Creissan (14km), Cruzy and the volcanic balconies (28km).

Wir sind eine Familie mit vier Kindern (14, 12, 11 und 8 Jahre alt) und haben eine tolle Woche in dem Haus verbracht. Besonders gefallen hat uns, dass wir so viel Platz hatten. Wir konnten uns großzügig in den Zimmern verteilen und hatten auch ausreichend Platz im Wohnzimmer, am Esstisch und auf der Terrasse. Der Pool war für unsere Kinder ein ganz besonderes Highlight, und sie hatten dort sehr viel Spaß. Das Haus ist schön gelegen, man kann zu Fuß schöne Spaziergänge in der Natur machen. Mit dem Auto haben wir aber auch tolle Tagesausflüge gemacht, z.B. nach Béziers, nach Carcassonne, nach Narbonne oder zum Strand nach Valras-Plage. Man kann in dieser Ecke von Frankreich sehr viel Historisches und Kulturelles entdecken aber auch wunderbar entspannen.

Toller Urlaub

Wir haben eine schöne Woche in diesem Objekt verbracht. Das Haus war sehr sauber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Allerdings war der Poolbereich nicht sehr gepflegt und wir haben erst einmal kehren müssen. Die Auflagen und Polster waren auch nicht sehr einladend und hätten mal eine Wäsche nötig. Der Pool an sich war tipptopp. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war schwierig, weil wir eine Rückfrage bzgl. der gebuchten Handtücher hatten. Telefonisch war niemand zu erreichen und wir haben gefühlt stundenlang in Warteschleifen gehangen bis wir dann aus der Leitung geworfen wurden. Per Mail am nächsten Tag ging es dann. Ales in allem aber eine wunderschöne Woche in diesem wirklich schönen Haus.
