Located in a quiet side street, the 87 m² ground-floor apartment consists of 2 bedrooms (each with 2 single beds), a large living room, a dining room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher as well as a bathroom and an additional toilet. The cozy apartment thus offers space for 4 people. Other amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine and a dryer in the laundry room for shared use, and a total of 3 satellite TVs. You can start the day with coffee and breakfast in the shared garden area. Comfortable garden furniture and a barbecue are also provided.
