3 Star Review: Great Space, But Needs Some Improvements

The house had potential and worked well in terms of size and layout for our group. It’s in a convenient location and had a few nice features that we appreciated, like overall space, firepit out back was nice and the resort.That said, there were a few things that made the stay less enjoyable. The overall cleanliness of the home could definitely be improved—there were areas that felt like they hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. The Wi-Fi was very slow, which made it tough for anyone trying to stream, work, or stay connected. On top of that, the air conditioning was spotty and inconsistent, which made parts of the house uncomfortable, especially during warmer times of the day.

We had a fabulous weekend stay for a quick ski trip getaway. The house is located very close to Crystal Mountain and made it convenient to go back and forth. The home is spacious, clean and on a quiet street. Would definitely come back!

Quiet neighborhood of nice homes.

Great convenient location if visiting Crystal Mountain for golf or skiing. Easy drives to Crystal Lake, Frankfort, Beulah, Sleeping Bear Dunes and the Lake Michigan shoreline. We made day trips to Glen Lake, Port Oneida Beach, and Traverse City, as well.

Perfect!

Stayed at this property with 3 other guys on a golf trip. The house exceeded our expectations! It was very clean, well maintained and well stocked. Beds were very comfortable and the family room is perfect for getting together to relax. It is only 3 minutes away from Crystal Mountain. No trouble getting to the golf courses we played. Super quiet neighborhood. Will definitely stay here again!!

The home was suitable for our needs. The location was great for day trips to many great beaches.

We went on many day trips to Leland, Traverse City, Frankfort, Manistee, Sleeping Bear Dunes, and more. We swam, found beach glass, dined, and shopped. At night, we returned "home" to enjoy the spacious back yard, playing croquet, boche ball, ladder ball, and frisbee. Inside, all 10 of us could eat at the large table. Then played games and completed puzzles. Such fun!

Perfect place for our golf group!

This rental was as advertised plus a little more! It’s tucked away inside a secluded subdivision and has tons of parking with the large driveway. The house itself was fairly spacious, our group of 7 adults had plenty of room to stretch out. Also, the living and dining room pictures don’t do the rooms justice, they are larger than they appear online! The laundry room was also very useful as we encountered some rain during the weekend. Highly recommend this home!
