Drive up to this new neighborhood in the beautiful White Mountains of New Hampshire where you'll pull into the newly constructed home with a Garage and Large Deck with a Grill.  Walk into the first level where you'll find a full bathroom and a bedroom that has a twin bunk and pyramid bed big enough for 5 children. Go upstairs to the main level and walk into the open space where the fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining area, and half-bathroom are. The master bedroom is also on this level with a king-size bed with its own full bathroom. The laundry room, also located on the main level, is equipped with a washer & dryer. A pull-out sofa bed is also available in the main living room area as an extra bedding option. Walk out the back door to the patio and firepit for fun family times!  The upper level will bring you to the open loft with a full futon for extra sleep. There are 2 more bedrooms, one with a queen and the other bedroom with two queen beds with a shared full bath.

Less than a 20-minute drive to Lincoln, NH where you can go on a zip-line adventure and take scenic gondola rides right at Loon Mountain! 20 Minutes in the other direction in Rumney, NH is the Polar Caves. You can go through caves, feed the deer and ducks, and of course, stop at the Main Lodge for yummy treats and gifts for all ages!  Waterville Valley Resort is also only 20 minutes away with many family fun adventures including Corcoran's Pond, year-round ice skating, boat rentals, tennis, hiking and much more!  Several swimming spots are close by on the Pemi as well as an easy drive to Franconia Notch for many hiking adventures for all abilities including the Flume and Basin Trails.  For the winter, enjoy 3 ski areas- Cannon, Waterville Valley and Loon, all within 30 minutes from this property!

The property can sleep up to 10 adults or families of 15. Age min. of 24 for all adult groups.

Dogs are allowed with the owner's approval and an additional fee. 2 Dog Limit.  Please use the full-size sheet provided to put on the couch. No cats.
