Water temperature fluctuated greatly in the shower between freezing and burning. Pool and hot tub were murkey and green. Toilet paper holder fell off the wall during our stay. Would not recommend.

No water, power, no warning and no refund.

No water, no power, no ac, no internet. The power went out at 9:20pm until 7:30am the next morning. No warning. Just out. We struggled to sleep as it was hot and we couldnt even flush the toilet (trust me, gross) or shower until after the power came on as apparently their water system was tied to the power. They claim they had no idea this electrical service maintenance shutdown was a surprise to them but other businesses were well aware. And they refused to refund our money. Will never stay here again when we return to the Sequoia National park. Cleanliness was so-so, and service was ok otherwise. Only positive is proximity to park.

The floors were linoleum which made every step the people above very loud for our room below. The floors were dirty, and the bathroom was not well maintained. The shower water fluctuated in temperature wildly during showers.

Great experience

My family and I had a great experience staying at the Western Holiday Lodge Three Rivers. The personnel is very welcoming and kind. The room we stayed in was clean and ready for us. Breakfast was provided, they have indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor seating has a beautiful view of the mountain range. The hotel is very family friendly. Outside of the hotel they have a public area with a pool and kids playground and seating area. Behind the hotel there is also a lake you can walk too. It is also conveniently close to Sequoia National Park.

The room is OK, to our surprise, there is a very simple complimentary breakfast for us, cereal, bread and butter, instant oatmeal, self-served waffle, milk, water and some hard boiled eggs
