Its location is ideal to spend a holiday enjoying all the comforts without needing a car.



This modern and charming first floor home consists of 46m² and is decorated with an exclusive design. It has a living room, kitchen, a double bedroom with single beds and a bathroom with a shower.

The beautiful living room offers a comfortable sofa, air conditioning and heat pump, Smart TV with satellite channels and free high-speed Internet with 600MB Fiber Optic. In addition, it has a charming and intimate dining space.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, tea maker and electric juicer, refrigerator and complete kitchenware. Blue Volcano also offers a bathroom with a shower and a beautiful double bedroom with single beds. You can park for free on the street.



It is key to mention that right in front of the house, just 10 meters away, is the Fariones Sports Center, a large space with gardens and facilities such as a gym, swimming pool for adults and children, various tennis and paddle tennis courts and an area outdoor crossfit. In the apartment you will find a numbered card that gives unlimited access to said center to all registered occupants.

All its facilities can be used free of charge, except for the tennis court, which will have to be reserved and paid for directly at the sports center. Likewise, you can attend all the directed classes taught at the center.

The pool is heated all year round at a temperature of 26ºC. The center's hours are Monday to Friday from 7am to 10pm and Saturday and Sunday from 8am to 3pm.
