Spacious and luxurious apartment on the seafront with stunning views and completely renovated, located on Avenida de las Playas, Puerto del Carmen. Ideal space with direct access to Playa Grande, one of the most famous beaches on the island for its length of golden sand and calm waters, which has a wide variety of activities, restaurants, and shopping areas to enjoy a dream vacation.

The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Bathroom with shower equipped with hairdryer, magnifying mirror and quality amenities (gel / shampoo dispenser and body lotion), spacious living room with 65 "Smart TV (Netflix, HBO Apple tv, Prime video) + Satellite (English channels , Germans, French, Italians ...) Wi-Fi (fiber optic), air conditioning, dining room and very well equipped kitchen, it also has a large terrace with magnificent views of the sea.

Community pool with sea views. It consists of a large one for adults and a small one for children.

Nice But Noisy

Well appointed comfortable apartment in the main. Well equipped, but lacking when it came to glasses for long drinks. Terribly noisy at night due to the fact that Bluebells Bar is in front and runs under the property. Certainly would not recommend it to anyone who wants peace and quiet. However if you want to be in close proximity to bars, restaurants and shops it would be the perfect place to stay. Not for us unfortunately.

Fabulous apartment, excellent location!

Fabulous apartment, clean, well equiped and tastefully decorated. Large terrace with fabulous view of the sea. Excellent front line location, across the road from beach and beside restaurants & shops. Owner was easily contactable & promptly replied to any queries we had. Would highly recommend this apartment and would love to return again.

All you could want for!

Lovely property which was modern, clean and had a great location. Hosts have been accomodating from start to finish and communication has been quick and easy. Plenty of space, storage space and generally very well equipped. We loved our stay here and made great use of the shared pool area without having yo get up early and reserve a lounger - we'd get back from walk/morning out and be able to have a lounger, poolside, as late as 3:30pm! Overall a great stay.

Sept 2019 family holiday

This is a very clean , comfortable, recently refurbished apartment on the front of PDC with great views of the sea. The communal swimming pool is heated and has plenty of sun beds for relaxing around the pool. The apartment location is perfect for shops, restaurants and bars. My grown family and I had a very enjoyable stay in this apartment, I hope to return someday. Thank you!

Top Apartment in Bestlage!

Das Apartment war groß, modern und ausgestattet mit allem, was man benötigt. Von der Terrasse aus hatte man einen wundervollen Blick direkt auf's Meer, lediglich etwas beeintrĂ€chtigt durch die Kabelwirtschaft am Vordach des Restaurants darunter. Sehr schöne Poolanlage, an der immer Liegen frei waren. GeschĂ€fte und Restaurants in unmittelbarer NĂ€he. Die nĂ€chtlichen GerĂ€usche aus der Karaoke Bar haben uns nicht gestört, da wir nur zu zweit waren und das hintere Schlafzimmer genutzt haben. Wir wĂŒrden gerne wieder kommen!

Perfect Location for holiday to Puerto del Carmen

We really enjoyed our first visit to Lanzarote. The apartment is perfect for a family of 4, we had 2 teenagers 14 & 16, the WiFi was a bonus & they enjoyed chilling on the balcony. The apartment is very modern & tastefully decorated & really was a home from home. The location is perfect for going to the beach, the strip & the old town. We hired bikes which could be easily stored within the complex or right across from the apartment. There’s lots of places to eat right outside the apartment complex, my son is coeliac & we found plenty of gluten free restaurants right on our doorstep. I would recommend a day trip to the volcano’s, we hired a car for a few days & made our own way there. The kids really enjoyed it. Would not hesitate to come back to Puerto del Carmen & stay at this apartment, thank you.

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment in Puerto del Carmen! We had our 16 year old daughter and her friend with us and so the central location was ideal! Sea views fabulous and the pool lovely, not crowded at all.

We stayed in this apartment for two weeks in June - great location and so central. The apartment was fantastic and would definitely book to stay there again. The pool area was great, so quiet and peaceful with the beach just across the road also.

Perfect location for Ironman Lanzarote, fabulous views and spacious living accommodation

We travelled as 1 x Ironman competitor, 1 x responsible adult and 2 x children aged 9 & 12. The apartment was PERFECTLY located for the Ironman - literally opposite the swim start - this took a lot of stress out of the Ironman experience for us all - comfortable mid-race naps for us supporters was a bonus. The recently refurbished apartment offered spacious and modern accommodation for all the family, plenty of room for "the bike" as well as being conveniently located on the main drag of bars and restaurants. The complex of apartments was behind security gates so we always felt safe. Additionally the pool area was behind security gates. The apartment was clean, beds comfortable and all the basics needed for cooking were available. There is no bath, but the shower was fabulous. The apartment sits above The Bluebell Bar so there is some noise late evening (cheering when goals scored) but this did not prevent us from relaxing or sleeping. The kids loved their own room and the large balcony area. The wifi was also a big hit. The views of the beach and sea are stunning. The pool area was quiet and large pool "cooler" in the morning and there were always enough umbrellas and loungers. In short we would all readily stay again!

Perfect spot

We loved staying in this apartment, it was such a cool modern space. The view from our lovely balcony was class, directly across the road from the beach. We had our three year old with us so the location was perfect we were slap bang in the middle of all the bars, restaurants and shops. Bedrooms were lovely and most importantly the beds were lovely to sleep in. This is were we will be booking from now on when we go to Lanzarote. Our son didn't want to leave. Thank you for giving us this beautiful haven to chill out in after the busy days out.

Fabulous apartment in a great location

We stayed 10 days in this beautiful apartment which was recently refurbished to an exceptionally high standard. It was very clean. It is in a great location close to the old town and port area and their many excellent restaurants. The terrace is a great size and gets the sun most of the day. It also has a superb sea view. The kitchen is very well equipped and includes a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, cooker, large fridge freezer and coffee maker. There is also plenty of crockery and cutlery. The living area is tastefully furnished and has a tv which has BBC and ITV. It was great to be able to watch the rugby internationals that were on while we were there. We are already looking forward to returning to this apartment next year and can certainly recommend it to others.

Beautiful apartment - great location

The Apartment: The apartment is situated in a gated community so you feel very safe there and the fact that there is an code entry system means that you don't have the problem of 'who keeps the keys!' It was spotlessly clean, spacious and was extremely well equipped. We had everything we could possibly need for our stay and more! I particularly loved the large terrace with the comfortable seating which overlooks the sea - perfect for sitting down at the end of the day to enjoy a drink before going out to discover one of the many lovely restaurants in the vicinity or a ten minute stroll to the Old Town and Marina. The beds, bed linen and pillows were all very comfortable and there were more than enough bath and hand towels for us to use. The swimming pool area is also extremely clean and there were lots of sunbeds and parasols to go around - although the weather in March was not warm enough for me to brave the pool. Location: 1st line Beach To get to the beach you literally have to go out of the main gates and cross the small road and you are there. We were just happy to be so close to everything and only hired a car for a couple of days to see the wonderful sights: Jameos del Agua, Mirador del Rio, the Volcano, The César Manrique Foundation House etc. Obviously, due to it's location, you do get a little noise coming from the bars in the immediate vicinity but when you want to be right in the middle of town, a few steps from the beach and next to loads of shops and restaurants then you have to expect that - besides, it never bothered us and I am only pointing it out for people who want complete silence during their stay. Getting there: We took a taxi straight from the airport and it was only about 15 Euros Summary? Would I stay here again? Absolutely! - it was one of the nicest apartments that I have ever rented. Both my sister and sister-in-law would happily live there. Location was fantastic The owners were also very helpful and always answered my mails very quickly and even allowed us to stay longer on check out day as our flights left in the evening.

Not exactly what I expected

Although situated in a lovely complex and in a great location the apartment itself is in need of some attention. The bath/shower is shabby with rusty fittings and the cushions etc on the balcony are dirty and stained. The bedrooms are lovely and large and the owner responded quickly to a leaky fridge and a little invasion of creepy crawlies. There was one thing however that was very unpleasant and I know the owner is going to take it up with the community there and it's that there is a chimney belonging to a restaurant downstairs that blows horrible smoke and smells up on to the balcony. It didn't start until around 5 pm though so if you weren't bothered about the balcony after that time it would be ok. Overall a nice apartment in need of a bit of tlc.
