Baja Beach Bliss

This water front, resort style condo is just a 25 minute drive from the San Ysidro border and 8 minutes south of the main tourist district of Rosarito (Papas & Beer) at K30. The the white sand beach (w/ no vendors) is one of the best beaches in Rosarito. Multiple restaurants, bars and coffee shops all sit within a short walk from the unit, yet you escape the chaos and noise of not being in the crowded heart of downtown. This family friendly unit features: 24hr security and gated parking.
The space
This is a bright and airy end unit with a large shaded balcony that has protection from the hot summer sun. The master bedroom is oceanfront and second bedroom is unique and has exterior window (that not attached to the common hallway). For the kids, (or those who would like to have a night in) there is a large DVD selection, PS3 and XBox gaming systems, as well as several board games, puzzles and coloring books to choose from.

A reverse osmosis water filtration system has also been installed to allow for purified drinking water within the unit, This helps to cut back on the necessity of having to buy bottled water.

Pets are NOT PERMITTED!!!!! We will not make exceptions, nor will we bend the rules. Should you try and seek in a pet, you will be asked to leave, your reservation will be cancelled with no refeund and YOU WILL BE FINED $150.00 PER NIGHT THE ANIMAL WAS PRESENT. This has now been been brought to your attention in the main listing heading, here at this point-in this paragraph, and will be again brought to your attention on the complex rule sheet when you check in, as will it be provided on the list of rules within the condo.

Guest access
There are several pools on site. Two are kid friendly and the third is an adult pool and spa area. The pools are typically not heated during the off season, but the adult hot tub is always hot.
Currently the pools are open 7 day a week from 10am to 10 pm. These times may change without notice. Check with the guards for an updated time schedule during your stay.

Direct beach access is available from the pool and BBQ areas.

Feel free to use the provided umbrella, sun shade, cooler, chairs and beach toys provided within the unit.
Other things to note
There is a $25 dollar amenity fee along with a $2.00 per person fee. We have nothing to do with this fee. This fee goes to the complex and needs to be paid in CASH (US Dollar or MXN Peso) to the guard at the front gate upon arrival. Wrist bands will be provided by the guard to allow use of the pools and BBQ amenities.

WINTER GUESTS:

The winter is a great time to escape and enjoy Rosarito during the slow season; however there are a few key differences you should know.

Typically the Adult hot tub is the only hot tub on the grounds which is heated, and the tides/current wash away most of the sand, exposing a rocky shoreline- so walking is limited. The sand generally starts returning at the end of April.
