The apartment is ona second floor, and is part of a duplex house (which means there is another independent apartment on the ground floor). The only shared areas are the garage (there are two parking spaces, each designated for one apartment) and the laundry area.
This is a one bedroom apartment, one full bathroom ideal for two guests.
