This is a gorgeous, newly remodeled, 2 bed 2 bath condo at the most luxurious development in Rosarito Beach. Las Olas Grand. Situated at the km 35.5 point and overlooking The Historic Calafia Hotel. Tasetfully upgraded with a warm, cozy interior and stunning views of the Pacific Coast. Access to several pools and jacuzzis, rock beach, surfing, gym, on-premises restaurant, gated parking garage and on site security 24/7. Excellent restaurants and sandy beaches within walking distance. This is as close to a 5 star American style resort as it gets for less than half the price. It is very close to everything Rosarito has to offer, and just far enough away from the traffic and the bustle of downtown. The amenities are meticulously maintained daily by the courteous staff, and the secure feel of the resort makes it a superb weekend getaway. I spend most of my free time in the area, and I know all the best spots for excellent food, great deals, site seeing and fun activities. I'll be more than happy to point you in the right direction to make your stay here extra enjoyable and well within budget. I Also have 4 other units in this resort. Rosario Beach offers beautiful ocean views from virtually every restaurant and stopping point. Unique shops with Mexican pottery, furniture and souvenirs are everywhere. You'll be treated to a great experience of Mexican culture without having to board a flight, and if your adventurous or sporty, theres plenty of World class surfing, off road actives, horseback riding, fishing, biking and hiking in the area. It makes for a perfect weekend getaway. Las Olas Grand has its own private, gated and guarded parking garage. Las Olas Grand is located about 3 miles South of Downtown Rosarito i.e. Papa's & Beer, Rosarito Beach Hotel, and all the nightlife. We're a mile South of Fox Studios / Popotla, and About 2 miles North of Puerto Nuevo (lobster village). Its about a 30 minute drive South on the Toll Road to Wine Country, and another 10 minutes to Downtown Ensenada.

Nice property poorly maintained

Sliding doors not opening and closing. Doors broken and holes in the ceiling. It was not clean Bed sheets had holes in them Most importan NO AC we were having a heat stroke

My second time. The place can use a little love but overall a great last minute stay. I felt safe and comfortable the whole time. I wish the resort next door was occupied. It was an eye soar. Ill definitely be back.

The views are stunning! The condo was clean, updated kitchen, nice tile flooring and a balcony that extends from the kitchen to the living room with gorgeous ocean views and beautiful sunsets. There are 4 pools that oversee the ocean along with numerous jacuzzis on the property. Las Olas gives you a resort vibe, however there are no restaurants or bars currently open. The only downside is you can park one car in the garage the second car is parked outside of the gated complex. They had a single sized keurig coffee machine with only 3 keurig cups. Large refrigerator to store groceries, plates, utensils and everything you need to cook. The bed was decent, but bedding not so much. If the pillows and sheets were upgraded that would definitely make a HUGE improvement. But the pillows are flat, and the sheets were maybe a 100 thread count and rough material. There were some minor property damages noted when we made our initial walk through. The photos were sent to the owner when we checked in, but no response or acknowledgement received by property owner. Besides the few minor details, I really enjoyed my stay at Las Olas and I would definitely stay here again.

Worst Experience!!!

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THIS PROPERTY. THEIR SECURITY IS SHADE THEY WOULDN’T LET US IN THE ROOM AND THEY WERE HARASSING US, THEY CALLED THE COPS ON US AND THE COPS ROBBED US. WE DIDN’T EVEN STAY ONE NIGHT THAT WE PAYED FOR. THEY WILL LIE AND MAKE YOU GET ARRESTED FOR MONEY.

Wonderful Getaway

No need to get on a plane. This was such a wonderful escape. To hear the waves crashing every night. Looking down I felt like I was in Santorini. I’m ready to go back. Gorgeous apartment.

This place was nice the parking was safe for your car ! The only down fall is it only had 2 towels for each restroom other than that it was a very nice experience! I would rent this place again.

Las Olas

Our family really likes these properties but we have a few small suggestions. 1. Please get some dowel rods for the closets so that you can hang clothes in the closets. None of these properties have them. 2. List which floor each property is on for reference 3. Have the company fix the elevators they are a challenge to put it mildly They are a great value and we plan to stay often in the future

Weird, Weird Weird

Condo was not clean when we arrived, the air conditioning doesn't work, and the place was hot and stuffy. There weren't no rods in closet to hang clothes, no cable TV and TV operation was awkward. The beds are hard and the sheets were very hot (not for summer). The parking garage was difficult to navigate and my car scraped and almost bottomed out when going from one level to the other. The first elevator doesn't work in the building. Communication with Scot Wozniak was minimal, odd and I had to initiate through email because he did not reach out after we booked the place. The onsite restaurant is closed which is not indicated on the website. I would not stay here again if I can find other options. The pictures look good on the listing but the place needs a lit of work.
