The island is very small and therefore the dinning options and shops are very limited. That being said, St. Michaels island is a very short drive away and has all the shops and dinning options you could need. So long as you have the right mindset and want a very slow and quiet get away you will love this place. We hope to return every year.

The stay was great however, this was a work get away and the hotel dod not have reliable internet. In the mornings i could not work the connection comtinued to drop. Otherwise, the stay was fine

Third floor room was wonderful. Although smaller than most hotel rooms, the high ceilings made it seem much larger. Furniture was very nice - seemed new. Breakfast was simple continental with bagels, muffins, toast, cereal, coffee, and juice. Berries were an extra and delicious! We knew this going in so were not disappointed. Only complaint was that our room wasn’t cleaned although we had sign on door indicating for it to be done. We were able to get fresh towels and additional coffee without an issue.
