Haus Parkblick, Timmendorfer Strand Apartment 4, welcomes you to a quiet yet central location in Timmendorfer Strand. This 45 m² ground-floor apartment (accessible via four steps) offers optimal comfort for up to three people and is particularly suitable for families and couples seeking a relaxing stay on the Baltic Sea coast.

The apartment features a separate bedroom, a bathroom with a small shower (entry height approx. 11 cm), a sink, a toilet, a mirror, and a hair dryer, as well as an open-concept living and dining area.

The bedroom, featuring a closet, an alarm clock, and a double bed (2x90x200 cm) designed to ensure a restful night’s sleep, rounds out the comfort of the apartment. It is accessible via the hallway. In the hallway, you’ll find a coat rack, a small shoe rack, and a mirror.

The bright and cheerfully furnished living room invites you to linger with a cozy sleeper sofa (140 cm wide) and access to your own terrace. From here, you can enjoy the view of the greenery and relax on the patio furniture—the perfect spot for breakfast or a quiet end to the day.

The modern open-concept kitchen is fully equipped and open to the living room. It includes a 4-burner stove, oven, refrigerator with built-in freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, a Senseo espresso machine, and a classic coffee maker. Of course, dishes, silverware, kitchen utensils, and trash cans are also provided for your stay. The dining area is particularly cozy, featuring a round dining table that’s perfect for sharing meals together.

Technical amenities such as free Wi-Fi, a TV, a Blu-ray player, and a hi-fi system ensure top-notch entertainment and make it easier to get work done even while you’re on vacation.

In addition, you’ll benefit from your own beach chair on the nearby Baltic Sea beach—included in the rental price—which is located just about 550 metres away. From April 15,-15.10.2026, this will be available to you free of charge for beach use. Shopping options are about 450 metres away, and the town centre and various restaurants are about 500 metres away.

The area surrounding the Parkblick house offers a wide variety of recreational and sports activities. In town and the surrounding area, you can go sailing, play golf, fish, bike, hike, jog, ride horses, and play mini-golf. For children, there are numerous play areas, books, and board games. Wellness enthusiasts have access to a nearby spa area and an amusement park that offers fun for all ages.

A handcart (not included in the rental agreement) is available for use.
In the basement, there is a laundry room with a coin-operated washing machine and dryer (50-cent coins).
You can park your bicycles in the lockable bike shed or at the bike rack (subject to availability).

A parking space is reserved for you behind the house.
Wi-Fi is available (no refunds or compensation in case of disruptions or outages) as well as a telephone (for domestic calls and all cell phone networks).
This is a non-smoking apartment.
Pets are not allowed here.

From May until, presumably, the end of 2026, roofing work will be taking place on the neighbouring property. This may cause occasional noise.



A central location near the spa gardens: Built in 1994, this brick building is just a few minutes’ walk from the city centre. With a total of 8 apartments managed through our agency, our office located on the first floor of the building, and two additional apartments, this building is a very popular choice among our vacation guests.
The proximity to the spa park, which is right across the street, the short walk to shopping areas, and the minimal distance to the beach are very popular with our vacationers! This comfortable apartment complex, featuring 2- and 3-room apartments, is located right in the heart of Timmendorfer Strand, across from the duck ponds and centrally located near the boardwalk!

All apartments have a terrace or balcony. You’re welcome to park your bicycles in the bike shed (subject to availability) or at a bike rack in the courtyard.
For longer stays, a coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available in the building’s basement. A parking space in the courtyard is also reserved for each apartment.
