Beautiful 3 bed/2 bath house in an amenity filled golf community near Camelback

The house has 3 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms with a whirlpool Jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom, central AC and heat as well as a propane fireplace. All new stainless steel appliances installed as well as a Samsung washer/dryer. The house has 5 TV's equipped with Amazon Firesticks with loaded apps such as Hulu, Netflix and Amazon Prime. Youtube TV is installed and provided at the home and is available on any 2 TV's at any given time. There is also 100 mbps WiFi available.. The outdoor deck has an eating area as well as a propane grill & propane fire pit. Parking in the private driveway can accommodate 5-6 cars. There is no smoking allowed inside the house and there is a deep cleaning fee of $400 if an odor is detected or evidence of smoking is found. There is also a administrative fee of $100 added to each booking paid to the community. This fee covers use of community amenities such as onsite restaurant, tennis/basketball courts, lake access, "beach" area by the lake, kids playground and ice skating (seasonal) as well as a brand new Olympic sized outdoor pool with separate splashpad. 6 passes will be provided to use these facilities and can be picked up at the community admin office located 1/3 mile from the house.

It's a full equipped and beautiful house, we were very confortable, we found everything we needed and more. Darren was very attended and were there to answer all of our questions, it's the best place for a getaway plan with family or friends.

It was great to see the house exactly how was described. The host is very accommodating and informative. This property worked out great for our family. Property is very nice and includes pretty much everything needed for a vacation. Communication from the property owner was especially good. He responded to every request - generally in a matter of minutes. If we were back in the area again with a similar need we would definitely stay here again.

Awesome weekend stay at the Poconos

Booked a last minute trip with a family friend and our total group of 8 (four kids under 10) couldn’t have been happier. The house is close proximity to everything you’d want to do in the area, is exceptionally clean, spacious, and well designed to even give kids their separate space! Darren is an excellent host, available to answer any questions. We can’t wait to be back!

Couldn’t ask for a better host and a better home .

Dealing with Darren was such a pleasure . His home is amazing everything you need is there . The house is clean and organized so cozy and makes you want to never leave . So close to al activities skiing -tuning - water park . I will definitely rent this home again from Darren Also he is always accessible by text or phone call which makes things so great .

Excellent Home in a Great Location

Great quality home. Comfy, newer furniture, tv's in the bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen. We were quite impressed with Darren's stocking of the house with pretty much anything we needed during the week. Loved the laundry as we came home without any dirty clothes. lol. I would recommend this home.

Awesome winter getaway with family

House is well equipped, quiet neighborhood, comfortable beds, amazing cozy warm fireplace , pet friendly (house is very clean and we had no allergy issues at all; a first !) Owner of home is very responsive and reachable before and during stay. Easily got to kalahari and skiing, tobyhanna park, as well as many restaurant options, grocery is 5 mins away along w Dunkin donuts. *WE WILL DEFINITELY REFER THIS HOME AND USE IT AGAIN IN THE FUTURE* Thanks Darren, we can't wait to return in the summer!

Such a great find! This house was perfect for our needs! After booking, the owner immediately reached out to see if we had any questions and was in constant contact with the necessary information about the area. gain access. The house was very clean with clean towels and linens. The kitchen stocked was stocked with all cooking needs, dishes, and flatware. The open floor plan was perfect. The kids had their own TV area in the loft while the adults were able to hang downstairs. It is very close to shopping and a short ride to outlets and camelback. Will definitely be staying again next year!

Nice family room and conveniently located

For the most part, we enjoyed our 4 night stay at this house. It was adequate for our needs and close to the activities that interested us. Pros: Owner answers questions very promptly Nice selection of games that are all in good condition Wonderful family room with fireplace and outstanding recliner couches. Room for lots of people. So comfortable I wish I’d spent more time there. Comfortable beds Lots of TV’s Swimming pool and club are very close Short drive to grocery store, restaurants, Walmart, Starbucks, McDonalds Nice deck with firepit and tiki torches to keep the summer bugs at bay. Had we stayed longer we would have had a s’mores night and spent more time back there. Cons: Persistent odor from major house repair which we didn’t find out about until we arrived. Could not get rid of the smell and we tried everything. Permeated our suitcases and clothes and we had to air them out when we got home. Owner very responsive to our questions but ultimately could not fix the problem. This definitely cast a pall over our stay unfortunately. House needs some TLC and deep cleaning. It was “clean enough” but could use a deep clean. Other people’s clothes in the closet. While I might expect extra bedding supplies or towels, I don’t expect someone else’s boots and/clothes to be there. Major work in the front yard is not obvious from the listing.

Actual Getaway

Quiet, modern house. TV in every room is a huge plus. Home is very modern! All kitchen appliances in perfect condition. Has a workspace as well with a printer. More than enough parking. Host is consistent in comm. Highly recommend!
