Disliked: Cleanliness
Do not book here. Will not book here again. The bedding was soiled (with bodily fluids…) and unclean, house was not clean either. Had to sleep on couches until next morning when new sheets from the dollar store were provided. We were NOT informed until the morning of our stay that the hot tub did not work, which was why we booked here in the first place. We were told it would be fixed within the day— needless to say it did NOT get fixed. Garbage cans were left full and animals got into them, we ended up picking up trash ourselves to prevent the attraction of more animals. Have messaged the property manager (Britany?) and have not been compensated at all for all the problems.
