pros:
- good location based on what you're wanting to be close to
- nice lobby with simple, automated check-in and check-out
- all the typical convenient amenities you'd expect, refrigerator & small but usable desk space
- friendly helpful front desk reception that helped us find a medical clinic we needed, ありがとうございます!!
cons:
- To be expected in tokyo, but extremely small.
- There was only *one* lift in our entire building, which even the cleaners had to use- makes leaving and entering the building take longer than you'd expect
- Only a few laundry machines accessible to all guests, not reserved so bit of a free for all
- Biggest complaint was the TV - it's wrapped in some proprietary "APA" software that I assume the entire chain employs, but casting even simple youtube videos from your mobile barely works, very unreliable, cuts out all the time and on the rare occasion it does work, the hotel software gives you MORE ads to watch before you have to site through the usual youtube ads after! All I ask from hotels is that they provide an accessible HDMI port so I can cast from my laptop, but there wasn't one accessible here, so I'd hesitate to stay at an APA hotel in the future :(
