The room was clean and well kept. The location is convenient. The staff was friendly. It was awkward when we checked in at the front desk that they asked us to go to a kiosk near the front desk to enter our checkin information. It was nice that breakfast was Included with the stay. This is more like a business hotel. Rooms are rather on the small size, but very well equipped. The hotel is in a very good place, in the middle of Akihabara. There’s a lot of shopping and dining options in this area. Hotel is very clean and well kept. Staff is very friendly. They have extremely fast check-in and check-out procedures. Highly recommended.

Despite the busy area around the hotel, the rooms were soundproof! Only an occasional ambulance siren could be heard. Staff were all very friendly and promptly helped with all requests and inquiries. The rooms, while small, were very cozy and filled with amenities which were restocked every day; along with a very comfortable bed which made rest after a long day a very welcome and satisfactory delight. Overall, if you're looking for a place to store everything you've bought and have a place just to rest with a bathroom, I cannot recommend APA Hotel Akihabara Suehirocho Ekimae enough.
